The taste of the drinks and how efficient this company were in proving the drinks on time

Recently completed a project for Vocal Views sampling some drinks. Communication was good and they were efficient when it was allocated to me. It was interesting, engaging and the tasks were easy to complete via an app. Payment details then requested and just pending my payment now. I'd use them again and recommend trying them.

Recently took part in a nutritional drinks, Reseach, and I found it to be really interesting and I enjoyed giving my feedback, products were sent promptly and well packaged, the questionnaires were straightforward and not lengthy, had a little trouble sighing in on the app which was quickly resolved by the helpful staff, incentivise was paid out really quick thanks vocal views was a pleasure

I have always been offered exciting research projects by this company. I found the staff to be polite, helpful and they keep in touch via email/phone.
They promptly respond to any query that I might have in relation to upcoming projects or ongoing projects.
Payment was made at the promised time.

Vocal views are an amazing company to work for . They are friendly , engaging and never have had any issues with them in terms of payment etc . I have worked with them on numerous occasions .

Didn’t get paid as the client decided not to pay me as my answers didn’t match my screening apparently . My original date was June and then took place in sept . I had so many calls in between I actually lost the plot . Pretty surprised as they continued the call for the full time and wanted To know my thoughts and opinions . The call wasn’t ended . Vocal views didn’t reply to my email . I wish I had read the reviews pre applying as there is a lot of negatives .

Meant to make a payment within 21 days and emails and phone calls ignored. Now looking in a small claims court.

Vocal views are most definitely one of the best market research companies, if not the best, with very interesting, fun, engaging research projects which truly values and respects peoples opinions.

To be incentivised is a wonderful extra for such a privilege to air one’s opinions in a fun environment.

They are friendly, transparent and in my experience I have never ever
had issue with payments.

People need to be patient as to when projects officially end and respect the 21 day period (normally sooner) for payment as Rome was not built in a day and they Always pay, so please ignore any negative review.

Don't do anything for this company all these reviews are fake and they will not pay you. Even when you have proof they you done the job. Awful company stay well clear of them there are plenty of others who will pay you

Focus group was poorly ran with lots of unnecessary wait time, which was not paid any additional sum.

Payment was not received on the quoted date. An email was sent with another date. The payment was not received on this date, instead I was asked for payment details 1 day before. One working week later and payment has still not been paid.

One of the candidates in the focus group said that they'd be a nightmare paying - I guess they were right...!

Rude in email and not paying for surveys. Check all the 1 star reviews they are all complains about not getting paid.
Police should investigate.

I applied and was selected for the Testing Panel. I received a phone call, however was unavailable so a message was sent. When I called back, I was given a wide choice of available slots. A follow up email and a text reminder was sent from Vocal Views on the day. I though that was very useful if for any reason one couldn't make it, there was an opportunity to inform. The Testing/Feedback process itself was clear, efficient and quick. I was paid at the end of the session in cash. Very good

Very good communication and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend them for recruitment. Excellent communication and friendly texts to confirm research together with telephone conversations

Genuinely quick, easy and super good!

I am a student so any small money I can make on the side is super handy. I applied to do one study and was called back and picked to participate.

The overall study time was quick (few weeks) and payment was given within 3 weeks after.

Whenever I needed help they were quick to respond either via email or they would call back within no time.

I really enjoyed working with them and would hopefully love to do more in the future!

Very professional people, efficient and easy to participate.

Lovely friendly staff, lots of clear instructions prior to the interviews, and easy payment process.

Unpaid for two studies!

I have taken part in several studies for Vocal Views but there are still 2 I haven't been paid for.
Every time I contact Vocal Views to complain, they ignore me. Shockingly bad service - they just don't seem to care.
