With Vocal views always has a good experience. From thd projects to having issues on their site, Response has been quick and efficient.

Just took part in a professional project with Vocal Views and had a really smooth experience. Once I was selected, everything moved quickly and communication was clear throughout. The interview itself was really interesting and directly linked to my area of expertise, which made the whole thing simple and enjoyable. Payment was quick and straightforward. Would definitely work with them again and suggest giving them a go! PS Shoutout to Laura, she was great!

I would strongly advise stay away from this company. I did a cat study for them and it was fun to participate,however the problem came when it came time for payment.. I completed everything that was required for, me wasted my time participating in the study and when it came time to get paid, there is a issue..the payment system they use is horrific. I have submitted all the documents that they have requested only for them to tell me several times my documents are fraudulent and they couldn't accept them.then they wanted a utility bill and 3 months of bank statements. I can’t believe I am going through all this misery and torment to get a measly $70. I have had follow up emails where they said, don’t worry, we will take care of this. . I strongly suggest anyone who wants to do Market research to find out upfront what their payment system is.UPDATE - After much back and forth, multiple emails, and direct telephone calls, I was finally able to obtain these funds.To be honest with you with this company, I probably would not do another study with them.Too much confusion regarding all that is required, and too much stress trying to get paid. certainly not worth my time and it took the fun totally away from the study experience. They blame the payment method on the other company. The bottom line is, maybe they should go through another payment company that does not put their participants in this situation.not fair. not cool. . I am certain I’m not the only Consumer who has gone through this.

Stop responding to reviews and blaming the people. Look into your own processes for paying respondents. This is a disgrace.

Did a study 10th April stated the incentive would be paid 12th may, it's now the 16th and no payment received or no correspondence of a warning it would be late, I'm having to chase down you guys by email and you seem to always be on another line when I call, all in all this will potentially be the last time I do a study with Vocal Views , much slower to pay typically and often late payments then other market research companies. This isn't the first time I'm having to chase a incentive I've been told it would be paid by a date , I've have done many studies with them however compared to others i don't think the customer service isn't up to standard

UPDATE: I have received my incentive today, 9 days after, was stated it was a client issue however not the first time I've had a late payment via vocal views,I've done some research in the past for other companies pay a day after or within the week, so when you're waiting 21 working days , much much longer then others and it's late it's very frustrating I expect payments to be paid on time especially waiting that long. Overall I'm 50/50 whether I do another study just because of the speed of the incentive being paid, nevertheless a good way to make extra money on the side just improve the speed of payments & pick up the phone more!

I have participated in a few projects with Vocal Views in the past and although thye are slow to pay I never had an issue. I actually enjoyed participating in the consumer research, until now. I screened online and by phone before qualifying for a study with them and after participating in about 40 minutes of online activities and making a required purchase with my own money I was suddenly cancelled from the project. I immediately contacted the Project Coordinator and was told I was disqualified for not meeting certain criteria, which I had already been screened and accepted for, and I would not be reimbursed for my purchase nor compensated for my time I already put in. Rubbish, this is not how any respectable business should function. I dont know if its new blood running a bad show over there or if they have changed their ways but it is not right, possibly even illegale to operate in such a manner. DO NOT GET DUPPED!
I saw the review and that is not what happened. I do fed my dog the food I stated in the application and qualification process. I also stated I cook my dogs food at times. The refrigerated food is not always available where and when I shop on demand. Therefore at the given moment a picture was required of me I had homemade dog food in my fridge and not the Fresh Pet. Had I been asked for a picture 4 days prior or 2 days later you would’ve gotten your picture of fresh pet. There’s nothing fraudulent about that! My feedback would’ve been very valuable to your study as that is a problem with purchasing refrigerated dog food in store it’s not ALWAYS available whereas a subscription delivery service is.
Also, I completed close to an hour of activities for the study, paid out of pocket for the product as I was instructed at the time to quickly purchase and I was NEVER notified by any person in Vocal Views that I was cancelled. I only found out after my contacting them because silly me thought there was a glitch in the system. Deceitful practice.

The actual interview I took part in was an interesting experience and it was straight foward taking part and attending the venue.

However I took part in a project study at the start of April and I have not been paid for it. I was advised of a due date when the payment would be received which was 21 days after the study completed and that date has now passed.

I have sent an email to notify of this issue and not received a response yet either. There is also no way to get in touch except via email. It is a shame that I had not been paid otherwise it would have been a good experience but ofcourse anyone would want to be compensated for time spent taking part. If I do receive payment I will update, to also show it has been resolved as I like to leave fair reviews.


UPDATE ADDED 16/05: The payment has now been resolved and paid. I sent a second email in and did get a response from support to advise of the delay with my incentive because of a client reason that affected everyone.

I also received a notification yesterday that payment was made into the e wallet. Payment was made a week after the sale project completion stated of 9th May but I am glad that Vocal views responded and the payment was honoured. I have on the back of this resolution updated my review to reflect this.

They have a process where they validate your ID documents before you can withdraw your money. Which is fair enough. But my documents were sent for validation around 6 weeks ago and I am still unable to withdraw funds. Bearing in mind I completed the project with them in March. It is really a disgrace to take such a long time to pay participants, and I’m not surprised there are a lot of negative reviews about payment.

I had a great time doing a study with Vocal Views recently it was easy going and I was happy to participate. I look forward to working with them on some future projects.

Vocal Views is great. They allow you to make money by giving your honest opinions about the products and services you use in your life. You just apply for studies, and once chosen, the process is extremely easy. I’ve done a bunch of studies with them over the years, and always had fun while making money.
