As a publisher releasing my very first audio tour on VoiceMap, I could not have asked for a better experience! Creating and publishing this tour was a year-long project, and the platform's intuitive tools made the entire journey remarkably smooth from initial mapping to the final launch.

I’ve just published my first audio tour with VoiceMap, and I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Creating the tour was a much more detailed process than I initially expected, but I really appreciated the care that went into every stage. Alicia was patient, professional and extremely helpful. She guided me throughout the whole editing process.

I was equally happy working with Olivia on the audio. She was very responsive and patient with my corrections and re-recordings.

I liked that she added music at certain points, which adds atmosphere to the story and helps set the tone.

VoiceMap provided me with an editor who helped refine the script and guide me through the process, plus they made the audio I recorded better. Great tools to put together tours!

I recently created and published my first audio tour with VoiceMap, and I genuinely loved the entire creative proces: researching the stories, designing the route, recording the narration and finally hearing everything come together.

We did a voice map tour and got inspired to create one in our local town. It's a genuinely great product/service. The support and guidance we received to create our tour was exceptional. Special mention to Ren who was great from start to finish.

I recently published my first audio tour with VoiceMap — “Kyiv Walking Tour: A Thousand Years of History, War, and Resilience” — as part of my War Tours Ukraine project, which explores Ukraine through the history and reality of war.

The whole experience has been very positive. The publishing process is thorough, but that's actually one of the strengths of VoiceMap. The editorial team provides detailed feedback and helps you improve the script, route, directions, and overall listening experience.

I especially appreciated the support from Alicia throughout the process. She was patient, responsive, and gave very practical feedback that helped me make the tour much stronger.

I bought four tours of Birmingham catacombs. It was mostly good although the last part was a bit confusing. One of our our group couldn’t play the tour on his phone. The company refuse to help me with this- very poor customer service.

I have sent the email address to Philippa on July 19th and followed it up on 22nd but she has not responded. I have sent the email again today as you say the case is still open as I have not responded 🤷‍♀️

Iain has now been in touch and I have been refunded for the your which didn’t load so I am very grateful for his response.

Stephan Delport was my editor on my first VoiceMap tour, and working with him was a genuinely good experience. He was responsive, patient and practical from start to finish. His feedback improved the route, navigation and final presentation while leaving room for the project’s own voice and slightly unusual narrator. He also handled last-minute adjustments calmly and kept the process moving toward publication. I felt supported rather than processed, and I’d be very happy to work with him again.

I tried to download a voicemap guide for Trondheim but did so at the last minute and did not manage to make it work before leaving. The support via email gave me a bonus to use for another guide. Stephan has been particularly helpful in helping me out. Very good assistance overall, prompt and clear replies. The guide was well written and interesting, I will use voicemap again.

Publishing my second VoiceMap tour has been another great experience. Stephan was professional, responsive and always helpful throughout the editing process, offering constructive suggestions while respecting my vision for the tour. As a publisher, I was delighted to work with Stephan (Tour Editor) and Chad (Audio Editor) from VoiceMap on my first self-guided tour. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and collaboration were remarkable.

Today, my first tour launched, and I couldn't thank Stephan, Chad, and the rest of the staff enough for all their support and all the work that goes on behind the scenes. It was a long journey. It took me nine months to get it out, but the VoiceMap team supported me all the way. And only towards the end did I realise and appreciate the VoiceMap team's input. If I had known how much work it involved, I probably would never have started it. But Stephan always made it sound like a marathon, not a race. He responded effectively and quickly. I understand that creating the tour is only the first step; next is getting it out in front of the right customer, and I will need to learn how to do that. But with Stephan's team behind me, I am confident and excited to continue.
