VoiceMap レビュー

I am 60, so understanding new software doesn't come quickly for me. I have had the pleasure of working with Renier Nolte, a Tour Editor at VoiceMap, and his guidance has made creating my tour far less stressful. This means I can share my knowledge of Salem, Massachusetts with countless people; this is very exciting!

VoiceMap an excellent company who helped me produce three high quality audio tours. Their staff were professional and knowledgable. They worked efficiently and with great care and expertise. If anyone wants to make an audio tour then look no further than VoiceMap.

I have created over half a dozen walks with VoiceMap in London, Hong kong and Beijing. The process has been unbelievably smooth, even if as a technical neophyte I need a lot of initial handholding. Both the technical and audio teams (Ren and Olivia) as well as Tom in their London office and Helene in marketing have been incredibly supportive. And, as to the nuts and bolts - they support my tours, advertise them brilliantly and pay me on time! Couldn't be happier.

As a creator of a tour, I enjoyed working with team who was very reactive and available. It was a pleasure to work with Stephan & team.

I really enjoyed working with the VoiceMap editors. This was the first time I published a tour and would definitely work with them again! Beyond the editors the tools within the app itself for creating tours and testing the rough draft scripts were really helpful and intuitive to use. Also, having someone else handle the sound editing let me focus on the fun parts, writing and creative storytelling.

I've just published my first audio tour with VoiceMap and have been super impressed with support and professionalism from the company that enabled me to do this. The tour editor, Stephan, was very patient with me as we worked together on the script, and the audio editor, Chad, showed his skill by turning my simple recording into something sounding polished and professional. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Big shout out to Stephan for being at my side for over 6 months building up my second tour: he's always been replying very fast and being supportive and full of good advice! I'm very happy with this work and help.
As for Olivia she was also super fact and pro-active to get my audios ready and up and running for my tour to launch before a set date I had in mind. Thank you both very much!

When I first contacted Voicemap to enquire about creating my audio walking tour I was very apprehensive. Especially as I'm not fantastic with technology. Tour Editor Stephan could not have been more helpful and patient with me, explaining the process in great detail and answering my queries promptly, despite having a heavy workload. Any technical issues were quickly overcome and the whole process of creating my first tour was very enjoyable and stress free.
Audio Editor Olivia became involved once I had created my scripts. Like Stephan, she was fantastic and assisted me greatly with my voice recordings and further edits that were dealt with efficiently.
After numerous emails back and forward, my tour was recently published. I would highly recommend Voicemap to anyone thinking about creating an audio walking tour. Easily 5 stars to Steph and Olivia from me.

It was a delight to work with Stephan Delport, my tour editor, and Chad Niewenhuis, audio editor, to produce my VoiceMap walking tour of Lyon. They were professional and patient, and I was really pleased with the end result.

It's been truly excellent to work with Stephan, who has been very patient and kind, handling all my requests while ensuring the tour was its absolute best at every stage of the production process. He drew on his considerable experience and expertise to make sure the final product works really well, and he's been very approachable throughout the whole process. I feel very lucky to have worked with Stephan as my tour editor, and to anyone looking to create a tour and reading this: Stephan is absolutely the man. Olivia was my audio editor, and again, I've received the best possible care: everything was meticulously checked, and now the tour sounds great. Very happy with everybody from the VoiceMap team who have helped me publish the tour!

Excellent organisation - hand holding and quick and friendly comms. My editor Stephan and the sound person Olivia were really responsive and if you think you just sign up and help yourself you could not be more wrong - it is a collaboration and they deserve to flourish - as a charity organisation we just want to maintain our reputation and we feel it is safe with VoiceMap.

This app is very friendly and easy to work with. The VoiceMap editors are incredibly helpful at every turn. I’m particularly grateful for the help from Stephan my Tour Editor and Chad my Audio Editor. They were extremely understanding and patiently answered my every question. Thanks a lot! I've made my first tour with their help and I hope it's not the last one.

I signed up for a tour that I was going to take tomorrow. I installed the app on my phone. I tried at least 8 times to get it to work. All it did was bounce up and down with static on the screen or shut itself down. Per AI, this is due to:

"Because the "static jumping" happens immediately upon opening, this is a launch-level graphics conflict. Since you're on a cutting-edge Samsung 'X' with Android OS 'X', the app's initial "drawing" instructions are likely crashing against the new OS's display protocols."

Also the transaction is foreign, so due to potential fraud, I closed my credit card. I also emailed them for an immediate credit.

Too bad, I was interested in trying an app that is voice guided rather than where you have to constantly turn your phone on and look at your screen to follow the tour.

I have talking about doing something like for years. Whilst I am not the most tech savy person I have found the process relatively straight forward with the guidance of primarily Stephan and Chad for Audio. I am now really excited to see what happens with my tour and now that I have started I look forward to working with these guys again with future tours.

It's not an easy task to guide someone creating an audio tour. What Stephan did exceptionally well. He really was kind, patient and coordinated on a very high professional level.

Using VoiceMap with Stephen as Audio Editor was smooth and seamless. Strong storytelling, clean audio, and a well-crafted final experience....

Just want to say great experience working with both Stephen my Tour Editor and Olivia the Audio Editor both were fantastic and extremely helpful and patient waiting for me to get things done so that the tour can go live. Thank you both so much it is appreciated.

Now ready to get tour No4 finished and published and if I am working with these two again I know that I will be in safe hands.

Thanks

Just finished my Barcelona Audiotour and honestly, the support from VoiceMap was next level. Stephan was a massive help as my Tour Editor. He really helped me sharpen the storytelling and made sure the flow was spot on. And a huge thanks to Chad for the audio editing; he made the whole thing sound so professional and polished. It’s one thing to have an idea for a tour, but these guys actually help you make it great. Really happy with the result!

Working with VM is simple, easy and intuitive, but working with the VM team is really what makes it special! A whole team of folks are working hard behind-the-scenes to give it the quality and production value that tour-goers appreciate and love! As a tour operator, I know how hard it is to produce these, but with a team of folks working with you - it's effortless!

Stephan was excellent. Helped to guide me through the process every step of the way with quick, helpful feedback. The audio editor, Olivia, did a fantastic job too. Turned the project around really quickly. Thanks!
