fast communication, problem solving very quickly 💯

Bought two tickets on the 28th of December. Yesterday (19th January) I was informed the flight no longer operates and I am given 2 options:

1 - a flight to a totally different location, much closer to home, at THE SAME PRICE
2 - reimbursement minus 100EURO

Vă mulțumim de conlucrare. Sînteți foarte receptivi. Am primit răspunsuri la toate întrebările parvenite de la achiziția biletului pînă la check-in, inclusiv zbor. Sîntem la a doua conlucrare cu D-stră și pe viitor doar Vola.ro !!!

La efectuarea ceckin-ului nu am fost informat că trebuie să efectuez o verificare pe site-ul companiei de zbor, m-au anunțat cu 6 ore înainte că nu se mai poate. In plus biletul pe site-ul companiei de zbor cu 30 de euro mai ieftin

Multumesc muult ptr Vola.ro o companie superba cu oameni care te ajuta la orce ora recomand la toti care aveti nevoie de un bilet sa cumparati de aici respect Vola.ro

Personal foarte amabil și prompt iar timpul de așteptare maxim 2-3 min , față de alte companii unde așteptăm și 40 min

De ceva timp cumpar bilete de pe acest site, de fiecare data problemele au fost rezolvate.Simplu, usor de folosit si la îndemână. Recomand cu drag Vola!

There are many requests sent to the customer service department at Vola.ro They often receive complaints that are independent of themselves. It is not an excuse, but they are merely an intermediary. I am scoring them a wholeheartedly 5⭐️ for the role they played in brokering the approval of two airlines to accept my dog as a service animal in the cabin. You may think that having the documented proof of my need for a service dog should be enough. Sadly, it is not. Yet, a Romanian company operating in a country lagging behind in the area of respecting the rights of people living with a disability, has been SPECTACULAR in supporting me and my rights. There has been the expected back and and forth between Vola and the respective airlines but Vola never dropped the ball, not once did they make me feel my ask was eccentric, quite the contrary. Similarly,every agent went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident that they are on top of it and more so, that I am on top of it. Thank you vola.ro! Piper and I thank you, wholeheartedly.
