Helped out with a Lost Shipment
I received an email that said that my item was deliviered. I checked the Canada Post tracking and it said that it was still en route to Canada. I decided to forward the email to Volta and just to let them know that I didn't receive the item yet, even though it said it was deliveried. I told them I thought it was still coming as Canada Post has not changed their status of it.
Volta said that they would send me a second package because the delivery company could not prove that the item was deliveried. I received the second shipment within about a week or so and the original item is still saying that the item is en route to Canada and the status has not changed since July 5.

Amazing VoltaGo Charger
I had a great experience with Volta. They have really good products and my experience dealing with them was also good. I bought the VoltaGo charger (set of 3). Although the shipment reached late in my hands but they kept a track of my shipment and made sure it reached me. VoltaGo charger is an amazing product with strong magnetic hold for wireless charging. It has a stand of its own while it is charging. Very happy with the product.

High quality products and nice warranty process
I had a great experience with Volta. They have great products and they always try to solve problems even when they don't have the products available. I hope they'll keep improving their products because they are great. They changed the way I interact with my devices and made the recharging process so much easier.

bought a VOLTA Spark magnetic cables… dont recomend
bought a VOLTA Spark magnetic cables for over 100 euros with a supposed warranty and all but stopped working after 7 months of usage magnetic tips have issues so wanted to buy replacements not even under warranty out of my pocket but their Amazon store (Volta Charger UK) is gone and on their web page shows it is out of stock when I wrote asking about it was told that they are discontinuing them to make different type cables quote "We are bringing in a new cable soon which will replace all the previous cables we've ever released with its enhanced features" so easily waste some more money never buying again any of their products and don't recommend others either

What is your order number? We are still replacing broken products, as we still have some units of the cables for replacement.
Why the Discontinuation?
The Volta 2.0 and Volta Spark were released 6 or 5 years ago.
We need to upgrade the entire tech and pins of the tip connectors. Technology has improved a lot since we released our awesome cables six years ago.
None of the Spark cables supports CarPlay for the new iPhone 15 series, and we don't like the idea of having two types of Spark cables (60W and 100W) that are incompatible—not even with the Volta 2.0.
It is a big mess that we wanted to sort out. We've made a new, comprehensive, improved 120W Magnetic cable that will replace all of them while offering more solutions.
The only alternative is to get 60W USB-C tips that only work on one side with the 100W.
The Volta XL and 2.0 were released in 2018, 6 years ago. The Spark was released in 2019, which was 5 years ago. Technology has advanced since then, and we must either catch up or be left behind. The USB PD technology has advanced significantly compared to 5 or 6 years ago.
The connector types also need to be improved to accommodate the latest tech; otherwise, we won't need to improve anything.
The good news is that we plan to compensate all our existing customers. The new cable will be sold for $50, but we will offer it to our existing customers at $15 or $20. We will also give our existing customers free tips, a free 2-M long extension 2-in-1 cable and a carry case.
This is just me appreciating all our existing customers' support and letting them know we wouldn't have made it thus far without them.
As much as this decision seems unreasonable from the side of the customers.
But we have ample time to inform our customers about this change since October 2023.
We also sold the cables and tips for these problems at a giveaway price of $2 to $4.
I can't say enough good things about…
I can't say enough good things about Volta Charger! Their magnetic cables have simplified my life in so many ways. No more fumbling with different cables for each device - now I can easily switch between charging my phone, laptop, and other gadgets with just one cable. The magnetic connection is strong and reliable, giving me peace of mind knowing my devices are charging safely. Volta Charger has truly revolutionized the way I charge.

Delays can be due to several reasons that are outside our control; from disrupted flight schedules to prolonged custom processes. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on orders that are in transit, but we are always available to help with providing shipment updates. Have ordered my product 9 days ago still not even shipped
Have ordered my product 9 days ago. Havent recieved any shipment details, contacted support 3 time and still have no answer as to when they will even ship my order. customer support says "more than 15 minutes" might aswel say "more than 9 days". Still waiting for a reply. There is no indication on the site orders should be delayed. Severely dissapointed.

Honestly an amazing company with the right intentions of creating products to make juggling the many electronics we come in contact with day to day. Im glad i gave them a chance and its by far the only product for charging i have daily driven. It has been great for long trips and not to mention how adaptable it is to friend and family. No more swapping the charging cable when one kind handles it all. I have been using their products since 2020 and the Spark is by far one of the best things they have made.

I've bought and used a number of Volta…
I've bought and used a number of Volta products over the years, and while I've had the occasional issue, the company and the owner in particular, has been good at making sure they're resolved. This week they did seem to be having some issues responding to their emails within a reasonable speed, but when I reached out to them via Facebook, the issue got sorted out quite quickly. I note another person complained that they were asked for a video of their fault, but given you could easily claim a product was dead when it wasn't and try and get a second one effectively for free, providing some verifiable evidence that the item is actually defective seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Terrible customer service - no one communicates!
It took 2 months to receive my order, but what's more, the order was not complete, 4 cables missing... No one reacts on my e-mails, tried to contact them by 3 different e-mails and very politely asked what happened. Still haven't heard back.
I am sorry it is like that, because I like the products and wanted to buy from them continuously. This experience truly tells me not to.

Had to cancel and place a new order…
Had to cancel and place a new order because I made a mistake, buying the 60W and 100W cable just to realize that the tips are incomplete. After less than 12 hours or so the order was cancelled by the support and the money was instantly transferred back to my paypal account. And he send me a nice Mail too.
Great support, I gladly write a positive review 👍🏼

Have been using these products for a…
Have been using these products for a while now between Samsung and apple products. Purchased these particular ones as they worked with both apple CarPlay and android auto. Just got a new iPhone 15 pro max so ordered some new usb c tips. Of course they were out of stock so shipping delayed. However in the interim I checked and they DO NOT work with iPhone 15. I tried to cancel my order. Funny how fast things are sent when you try and cancel. Sent multiple emails with no answer. Don’t waste your money on these products. The cables start as fast charge, but that does not last long and they start working intermittently. Very expensive for poor quality and customer service.

There is a widespread issue with connecting to CarPlay using magnetic cables on the iPhone 15, this seems to be from a glitch that occurred with Apple's transition to USB-C ports in the iPhone 15. So although our cables fast charge the iPhone 15, they currently do not support CarPlay on this particular device. We have already found a solution which is currently being implemented on our new line of cables that will be announced on the website next month.
A core part of our customer service team had just resumed from holidays in the first week of January, which resulted in the initial delays in responding to your emails, but all of this has now been sorted as we remain very committed to excellent service delivery.

Would recommend
My husband and I have purchased products from Volta (tips, 200W GAN charger, PD cables, 2.0 cables) on at least 4 occasions throughout 2023 and we can without a doubt say that Volta consistently offers reliable high-quality products - hands down! Towards the end of 2023 two of my orders were significantly delayed, which, to be fair, was communicated on their website (due to high demand). Due to the nature of my delivery, I contact Volta and once prompted the team frequently and transparently updated me on the progress from the factory QA and warehouse restocking stages all the way to order fulfillment/shipment. As customers we are disappointed when orders are delayed but I must be honest and say kudos to the Volta team for how they handled the situation. I would 10/10 recommend Volta and will continue to support them - great product and down-to-earth team
