Vooglam.uk レビュー

Unbelievable spammers. Over the past 2 years I have requested a gazillion times to be removed from their mailing list (not that I ever requested to be on it in the first place). I even wrote several times to them, but I am still getting spammed. Got another one today. Dodgy company

Love the style
Love the bargain price
Love everything
Thank you

I paid the least possible just to get an idea, all in £20. I received a good quality, beautifully presented perfect pair of glasses. Knew high street was a rip off. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected to receive a cheap flimsy pair but they were wonderful.

Glasses are nice, but the precription is wrong to strong it makes me feel sick wearing them 😢

I ordered a pair of glasses. Within minutes, I emailed and asked if I could add another pair to the order and save on delivery. They replied two days later saying the item had already been despatched. So I ordered two more pairs of the same glasses and paid for two pairs. Only one pair were delivered. I've been emailing vooglam and nobody has bothered getting back to me. I want a refund or my glasses. Not too much to ask is it!

Glasses not able to be used. Lenses do not do job of prescription. Company suggested I sent copy of prescription but email address provided does not work.

All good. Absolutely love them.

Easy ordering fast delivery fab price only negative is glass is much thicker than I'd normally have I opted for extras and went with the recommendation

I absolutely love my glasses, they arrived when they were due to and I'm really impressed by the quality, the accuracy and the fit. I had to order vari-vocals and the line on the glass is slightly too obvious for my liking but people assure me they don't notice and I've already got a lot of compliments. I'll certainly be buying more from them.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. Delivered by Royalmail too. The glasses are stunning well made and are to my prescription. Was a little apprehensive as I've never used before. The glass are well packed and come in little pouches with a cleaning cloth. Great value for money!!! I would highly recommend.Thank you !!

Very easy process to choose the frames I wanted and order them. Delivery was quicker than expected and I’m very pleased with the fit and quality of the lenses. Will definitely buy more.

Fantastic have ordered from you 3 times now and every time wonderful glasses at excellent prices. I get loads of compliments on all of them. The service is fantastic.
I highly recommend A++++++++++

Quick delivery, easy to track your items. My glasses are perfect, really good quality and look great!! Highly recommend.

It’s the first time I have ordered anything from Vooglam And I’m really really pleased with the quality. I saw these glasses on someone in America when I was on holiday recently and I asked them where they got them from and they didn’t know so I looked for them online and found them and I’m really really happy with them. Thank you so much.

Excellent quick service
Frames free
Cost of lens plus postage £10
What's not to like
Range of colours frames exceptional
I'll end up with 50 pair
Well done

I thought I’d ordered the brown two tone glasses not these

Absolutely beautiful glasses, very well made, easy to order, I'm so very happy with my purchase

Awful avoid!
3 months wait, wrong prescription, I know it was correct when I sent. Offered 30% refund, despite advertising a full refund on website. I feel completely conned. China based not UK.

Edit
They eventually offered me 50% refund. Telling me thst I gave them the wrong prescription, this is rubbish, I checked and checked again. Told me I can keep the glasses! Why? They are no use as I can't see out of them! Scammers, they offer a full refund, then don't fulfill this!

I have just received my 2nd pair. They are gorgeous. I loved my first pair and ordered a style similar as my 2nd. They are so colourful and I get compliments everyday. Well made and very comfortable 👌

Well made and sturdy and look fantastic
