Vosali レビュー

I ordered the 2 ct. Eterna Moissanite Round Cut Solitaire Ring on 1/22/22 and received it shortly after that. I am retired and only wear rings ocassionally. I received compliments on it every time I wore it. I wore it one day and when I got home the moissanite stone was missing. I was upset and emailed Vosali. They were quick to respond. They asked for a picture of my ring, etc. I sent that and they emailed me back that they are sending a replacement.

I read the reviews about the stones not being Moissanite after I had ordered, so was suspicious when it arrived. It looked lovely but I wanted to make sure it was what I paid for. So had it checked out by an expert jeweller and it is a CZ not a Moissanite. I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Please get your rings checked out and you’ll know. It’s so illegal to be sending out certificates saying they are genuine Moissanite when they aren’t. Why is Facebook still allowing this company to use there platform to advertise???
Steer clear

Delighted with the ring that I ordered, fantastic quality and came in a lovely presentation box. Very happy customer.

I bought a ring from this company and was over the moon with it when it came, after a couple of weeks a claw broke and they were great about it and replaced the ring.

I've just brought the ring with me to Turkey to have it reset into my Grandmother's wedding band, I use a very reputable diamond specialist for all my diamonds and jewellery, well imagine my embarrassment when he tested to 'Mossanite' only for him to tell me its not Mossanite but a cheap Cubic Zirconia, he tested my diamonds and a Mossanite in his shop, nothing wrong with his tester. I have contacted Vosali who haven't bothered to reply, steer clear of this company at all costs 🤬

Despite reading some negative reviews, I chanced ordering a ring from this site and I was very positively surprised! Arrived in a lovely packaging with lifetime warranty and authenticity certificate, fits perfectly and looks absolutely stunning! I take it that if it ships from China it has a long way to go - I waited for mine to arrive for 3 weeks abut it was worth it as the ring is beautiful!

Nice when it came and fir perfectly. But after only wearing it 4xs the stone fell out.
Guess you get what you pay for.

Be aware of scammer!!! They are just copying everything from Sateur. Every packaging, every copywriting and advertisement, copying their photos etc. Everybody can check on Facebook, the posting date and everything!!!

This company is a scam, please do not buy anything from them, they show you tracking details from China to Heathrow then tell you the address is wrong and the package was sent back to sender.when trying to get my money back the refuse to answer the emails so out of pocket, and they are still advertising on Facebook SHOCKING.

Have ordered a ring and in no account order from this company!!!!! My ring has never arrived, 2 months now waiting money was taken very quickly out of my account ,sadly I didn't go through PayPal, so please everyone take note or you'll lose out to these scammers !!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

My vosali ring arrived today. Have to say i'm blown away by the quality of it.
The sparkle and shine is breathtaking. You really can't tell it's not a diamond.

Wish i could leave a photo for people to see.

Fake and scam people on fake moissanite Failed on diamond tester. I bought 2 rings cost me $338 and lucky I bought with PayPal and I’ll file a claim. Fake Scam Vosali.

Shipped from Aliexpress, took 2 months to come and fail the diamond test. Chinese rock scam

Had my stone tested and it turned out to be a CZ... this place is a scam!!!

Amazing!! Sparkles just like or if not better than a regular diamond. I was reluctant to buy a ring online but after seeing all the positive reviews I gave it a shot and I’m so happy I did. This ring is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this ring to anyone.

truly sparkles and shine. very satisfied with my order

Firstly tlit took over 45 days for the ring to arrive. What arrived was the wrong size. It's been 4 months since I asked for a replacement. They have been dodging me around on emails. Now when I asked for a refund on the email, they have stopped responding.

The prongs loosened up with 45 days and the firm refuses to repair or replace or refund. The prongs are supposed to be strong enough to hold the stone. Rubbish quality of product and customer service. Stay away. Wish I could upload a picture.

Waited around a month for delivery, the ring was nice but I needed a bigger size. I emailed customers services to return it. They gave me an Australian address to return it to which cost me £15 to return. They received the ring 18th January I've had no refund or no reply to my emails. Very disappointing, I will be going through PayPal to try and get my refund.
