El servicio de atención al cliente para propietarios es, digamos, inexistente. Abres una reclamación y no te responden nunca más. Vuelves a contactar y para nada, siempre te dicen que lo pasaron a otro departamento. Personalmente, dejo de trabajar con ellos.

VRBO is my go to for vacation rentals
VRBO makes it easy to find great places to rent. Every VRBO experience I have had has been a good one--nothing odd, wacky, or unreasonable, and I can't say that about other home rental services. The booking process is easy. The prices are reasonable. And the hosts are generally honest and kind.

Vrbo provided great service from beginning to end. It gave an honest look at the property we rented for 3 nights on Prince Edward Island; it reminded us of our booking in a timely manner; it followed up with our experience. We'll definitely use Vrbo in the future.

It was a clean and well appointed home
It was a clean and well appointed home. There were a few “glitches” with the door lock and Wifi code. The hosts responded promptly and were very kind. The paint job in the bathroom was done a bit sloppily as paint was splattered on the floor. and a few dishes had chips. I would not hesitate to stay there again .

Best trip of our summer!
We had a great trip. The trailer was clean and fresh. With the windows open it was perfect on our weekend but there was also ac for when it got too hot out. The beach was close and the cart that we were given to use was huge and we had alot of fun navigating around the site. The owner was so fast to respond to any questions we may have had. We planned this kinda last minute and the host was very easy to talk to and communication was clear. Absolutely loved our stay and would say that for an older trailer I was expecting more wear and not so bright and welcoming. It is well kept and can see it has been cared for over the years. If your expecting it to be the Ritz then its not for you. Lol but if you want a clean, comfortable stay in a trailor park with a spacious clean trailor and a great host who communicates and cares .... this is your place!

Very Clean cottage!
We had a very relaxing time in a clean cottage! I found that the cupboards had a lot of dishes in them and not enough space for me to put my food away for the week. A milk jug and a potato peeler would be a good addition to the kitchen. There was a strange smell in the garage that made its way into the cottage. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location in old Quebec
We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean, quiet and a bed that was so comfortable. The house was also a short walk to everywhere in the old city. Free indoor parking a five minute walk from the apartment was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at our stay in Montreal
When we arrived at our stay in Montreal, the door code provided did not work, and the picture of the door did not match the picture in the description. It was hard to figure out if we were even at the right entrance. It was after hours, so there was no answer when we called the host contact info provided. We learned later that the code provided was for the rear entrance to the building, but there were no instructions on how to access the rear entrance. By the time we received updated information, we had already given up and checked into a hotel. We did not receive a refund for our booking, even though we never stayed there.

Thank you for sharing your cozy cottage with us. It was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It was great to experience a small community built around the beach area with some restaurants, an ice cream shop, and snack bars. It was also beautiful to walk down at the pier where my husband had an opportunity to fish a bit. We also enjoyed a good meal at the golf course and a walk around the local zoo. There were a few small towns near by to explore and Chatham wasn't far either, where we did some antiquing.

Managers responded to our questions in a timely manner.
Upon arrival, we were made to feel welcome - a note and treats were waiting for us.
This is a quiet house and neighbourhood.
The suite was wheelchair accessible as described; we just needed our small ramp at the entrance.

Host cancelled last minute with excuse…
Host cancelled last minute with excuse of maintenence issues and have the proerty booked on other site, caused enormous inconvenence for family members travelling from far for a reunion.

5 star all the way. Place is gorgeous, cozy, quiet and our hostess is amazing! This is not a party house. It’s stress releasing forest living with day trips and visiting old friends. Damn lucky to find this place and this hostess. Everything we need is in the accommodation.
