Impressive customer service and a safely delivered order
Ordering from this company has actually been very positive. My first order missed the expected delivery date, so I contacted them asking for an update and I received a thorough response really quickly. Really impressed by their customer service!
Unfortunately they did tell me their courier service could not locate my package, but they were quick to offer a replacement order or a refund. I opted for a replacement order because the perfume was really reasonably priced, and this next order reached me safely and quickly. I would definitely order again.
This was a far better experience than someone large or uk based companies. It was easy to find how to contact them and they were really professional and helpful.

Great and fast service
Great and fast service! My first delivery got lost in transit. After contacting customer service, a new shipment was sent out quickly. I received the delivery today! The prices of the products are also more than reasonable. I would definitely order again!

Don't buy from this company
I bought some things that was supposed to be in stock. Weeks later they claimed that the parcel was lost by the courier service, although a tracking number couldn't be presented. I was promised a refund, which I had to fight them for during two months. Finally got my money back the other day in late August. My order was placed in June. I don't know what these guys are up to but they are not trustworthy in my opinion. It's the classic case of buying cheap ends up costing you more.

Amazing business and Excellent Customer Service
I had an amazing experience with this company and the customer service department. My original shipment ended up getting lost in transit so I reached out to the customer service department via email. They were very quick to respond, apologize for any inconvenience and resolve my order. They had a new order shipped immediately and I received very quickly. The customer support representative Daniel M. was amazing and a pleasure to work with. I have placed a couple orders through this business and will continue to order my products through them!!

This has been the first online order with VR PERFUMERY
This has been the first online order where I have received perfect service from start to finish ! The global Online market is a boom industry for many many years, but I have never had such a perfect service experience ! From the products available, the service order , up to the delivery. The communication with Daniel was perfect. I had an order query and he answered very quickly, in detail, very friendly and professional!!! telling me in detail about my order, eg: where it is, at what stage is the order under process, a link so I can track my order, offered solutions ... unbelievable!!! Thank you so much to Daniel and the company VR PERFUMERY !! The delivery man also was very friendly !

Simply great all round
Simply great all round. Although delivery to the UK took 2 weeks i made my order with plenty of time for it to arrive. The selection of different perfumes and aftershaves as well as different sizes available is endless and the prices ment that I got an 80ml bottle and a 30ml bottle of perfume for only a little more than one 50ml bottle from the UK. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your perfume or aftershave requirements. Once the parcel got to the UK tracking was great. This company gets 5 stars from me without a doubt.

First time to deal with Vrperfumery and…
First time to deal with Vrperfumery and not the last
I was scroling on google looking for the perfume that I normaly use cuz I can't find it anymore in the shops until I found Vrperfumery
I ordered my items but something went wrong with the delivery service and lost my pachage, I've send an email and he responded immediately asking with all kindness if I wanted a refund or staying with the same order and he will keep in touch until I receive it so he encourage me to reorder and I received it after a while
To be fair, in this website u can find whatever u want from the most famous brands and cheap prices comparing to the shops so I will not complaint if there was a delay in delivery

Mon colis avait rencontré un problème pendant le transport, mais la réaction du service client a complètement changé mon impression. Pas de réponses automatiques ni d’excuses vagues, ils ont réellement cherché une solution. Oui la situation était agaçante au départ, mais leur façon de gérer était so good que je commanderai encore chez eux.

Absence d'information sur le suivi de commande
Commande passée depuis le 29 juin la livraison n'a pas été faite au bout de 3 semaines. Il a fallu que je prenne contact avec le service client pour avoir une réponse sur l'indisponibilité d'une partie de ma commande et son remboursement.

Keine Ware bekommen, Geld Rückerstattung fehlt immer noch
Ich habe am 13.05.2026 Ware bestellt. Leider konnte die Ware nicht mehr geliefert werden. Man hat mir die Rückerstattung des Geldes versprochen, aber bis heute ist leider immer noch nicht mein Geld zurück überwiesen worden.

Be careful - looks like a scam! Placed an order HWHNDSHXN on 20 Jun. No delivery notification since. Attempted to access the website for tracking - my IP has been blocked! Emailed them for order enquiry via info at vrperfumery.com but the email got bounced back!
To Vr Perfumery: I received your email on 26 Jul. Cannot reply your email as it always gets bounced back. Please courier to me my ordered goods. And send me a delivery note with tracking info by email once shipped. Thanks

Great customer service. I stumpled upon the attractive prices in this perfumery, and wanted to try it out regardless of the harsh critique reported here. I find that sometimes patience is a virtue. Lange Lieferzeit aber perfekte Betreuung

Sehr positiv erwähnen muss ich, dass Daniel sehr bemüht war und stets kompetent und freundlich auf meine Anfragen reagiert hat. Die erste Bestellung ging verloren und die zweite Bestellung wurde intern versehentlich storniert. Aber Daniel hat sich persönlich um alles gekümmert und mir die nötigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Also Ende gut alles gut.
