Suite à votre commande, nous vous avons informé d’un problème ponctuel de stock, pour lequel un remboursement complet avait été immédiatement initié. Si vous n’avez toujours rien reçu, cela peut indiquer un problème technique ou bancaire, mais en aucun cas une volonté de nuire.

Malheureusement, vous ne nous avez pas fourni de référence de commande ou coordonnées pour que nous puissions vérifier votre dossier et résoudre la situation. Nous vous invitons à nous contacter à nouveau par e-mail à info@vrperfumery.com en nous indiquant le numéro de commande ou l’e-mail utilisé lors de l’achat.

Im Rahmen unserer Richtlinien haben wir den Vorfall bereits geprüft, unseren Fehler anerkannt und den Rückgabeprozess für die erhaltenen Artikel eingeleitet. Selbstverständlich übernehmen wir alle Rücksendekosten, damit Ihnen dadurch keine weiteren Unannehmlichkeiten entstehen.

Sobald das Paket bei uns eingetroffen ist, werden wir – je nach Ihrer Präferenz – entweder eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder den schnellen Versand der korrekten Artikel veranlassen.

Nous avons bien pris en compte votre dossier et comprenons parfaitement votre frustration face à ce retard inacceptable. Malheureusement, des difficultés logistiques indépendantes de notre volonté ont perturbé certaines expéditions ces dernières semaines. En primer lugar, lamentamos profundamente toda la frustración y malestar que esta experiencia le ha generado. Entendemos perfectamente su decepción, y le pedimos nuevamente disculpas por los inconvenientes sufridos durante el proceso de su pedido.

Efectivamente, tal y como hemos confirmado recientemente por correo electrónico, el reembolso fue finalmente procesado el pasado día 13. Agradecemos su paciencia durante estos días mientras gestionábamos la incidencia con el transportista y el proveedor, así como los retrasos adicionales que no son habituales en nuestro servicio.

Seguimos trabajando constantemente para mejorar nuestros procesos logísticos y evitar este tipo de situaciones en el futuro. Para nosotros, la confianza de nuestros clientes es prioritaria y esperamos poder ofrecerle una mejor experiencia en futuras ocasiones.

es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihre Erfahrung mit unserem Service nicht zufriedenstellend war. Wir möchten uns aufrichtig für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen.

Ihre Bestellung vom 14.03.2025, die per Banküberweisung bezahlt wurde, konnte leider nicht wie gewünscht ausgeführt werden, da der bestellte Artikel zwischenzeitlich nicht mehr lieferbar war. Wir haben Ihnen per E-Mail alternative Lösungen angeboten, unter anderem auch die Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.

Sollte die Rücküberweisung noch nicht bei Ihnen eingegangen sein, bitten wir Sie, uns nochmals direkt unter info@vrperfumery.com oder telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Wir werden den Vorgang umgehend überprüfen und sicherstellen, dass die Rückzahlung schnellstmöglich erfolgt.

I'm truly sorry for the long delay and the frustration this situation has caused. We completely understand your disappointment, and I deeply regret that our handling of your refund fell far short of your expectations — and of the standard we hold ourselves to.

While the refund request was submitted internally weeks ago, unfortunately it was not properly processed until recently — a mistake for which I take full responsibility. I would like to confirm that the accounting department finally processed and completed your refund on April 12th, and the funds have now been successfully transferred to the bank account details you provided. Depending on your bank’s processing time, the amount should already have reached you or will do so very shortly.

I assure you this is not representative of how we normally operate. We are taking your feedback very seriously, and we are actively reviewing our internal procedures to ensure this kind of delay does not happen again.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress caused, and thank you for your patience throughout this process.

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que has experimentado con tu pedido. Entendemos tu frustración y te pedimos disculpas por los retrasos ocasionados.

Queremos asegurarte que hemos hecho todo lo posible para resolver la situación lo antes posible. Como mencionamos, el reembolso se realizó a través de Bizum el 08/03/2025, y sentimos que nuestra transición bancaria haya causado este inconveniente.
