This website has no phone contract, no complaint option available, 1 start review do not show, the customer support by email is a clown. There is no Gift card £30 including as they offered. Highly avoid this website

If I could give 0 star I would. I feel completely scammed. Toning cream is not what I purchased and the sizes on their site was wrong. Also, I feel like there are knockoff websites so be careful guys. Kmt

Purchased a Waistora waist trainer. It arrived quickly. However after only 2 wears the strap broke. For the money i thought it would ladt alot longer. Contacted customer service with photos for a replacement - never heard anything back. Don't waste your money. Shop elsewhere!

Bad customer service. Never received the item, paid extra shipping cost and still has not received the item for 1 month. Customer service totally a waste no help at all. I request a refund and they have not response for 1 week already. Do not buy from waistora. They are scam. Now I lost my money and not receiving anything.

SCAM! no customer service. Only sent the waist belt and body suit. no waist trainer

If I could I would have defo given 0 star. The fabric is awful, the website measurements are not correct and the customer service is below 0. I wanted to return the waist trainer because the website measurements are not correct, it took them 2 weeks for them to respond how to return it. They asked me to pay for the return of my unused waistrainer and now they have received it 10 days ago I keep sending email to chase my refund but no response no way. SCAMMERS...

I ordered a set of four items from Waistora for £60, including a corset (As they advertised) . They sent the wrong size, so I returned it after they assured me they’d send the correct one. Instead, they sent another wrong size, the tag was even cut off.

To make things worse, they only sent me one item this time instead of the full four-item set (corset, bodysuit, waist trainer, and the promised £30 coupon). I basically paid £60 for one badly sized corset.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service is unreliable and so much back and forth, and they don’t deliver what they advertise. Please don’t waste your money with Waistora.

Do not buy from this fraudulent company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are slow to response to issues via email and messenger. They do not automatically send you the "free gifts" for the coupon or the E-book until you start emailing them about it. In addition Once you receive the code it doesn't work since all their items are sold as a bundle which means its discounted, therefore, the coupon does not work since the code will not apply to what is considered "discounted" items. You cannot remove these items either. After over a week of back and forth emails they finally offered to return my first item "unworn" in its original packaging yet their website promotes a full return within 30 days if the product doesn't deliver what it promises. Don't waste your time or money on them!
