They were extremely helpful and patient in overcoming various set up issues.

I personally dealing with SCG Wales since 2015. Over the last 10 years our relationship is strong to the point that I'm not interested in receiving a "cheaper" quotes for exactly same service from their competitors. In this case it isn't about the money but the customer service which is phenomenal.

I have absolutely no reason (price wise and customer service) to move our business to their competitors.

We receiving in return much more that expected. Definitely will recommend SCG Wales to everyone.

Our initial meeting with Michala to discuss new phone systems for our businesses was very reassuring. No hard sell, listened to our requirements and came up with a very good quote. On acceptance of the contract Lauren worked efficiently in the background arranging porting our numbers and timings of install. The installation was carried out by Paul who explained everything he was doing, worked around us with no disruption and did an excellent job. Overall we are very pleased with the whole experience. A great team who are not just there to sell you expensive systems like most companies. Thank you SCG.

SCG Wales have been our preferred telecoms provider for lines and hardware since 2015. In this time they have successfully completed a number of installations at new sites and implemented upgrades at existing sites. In January we acquired a business out of administration and SCG Wales responded rapidly to provide a temporary telecoms solution to ensure no downtime. The full install was expedited so we were able to open the business on time and within budget. We couldn't have asked for a better services which served as a reminder as to why SCG Wales are our partner of choice.

Throughout the process of our installation of a new telecoms system and fibre broadband here at Phoenix Plumbing Supplies, SCG kept us informed every step of the way, even when Openreach failed the first attempt at getting a line in, SCG Put us at ease. When a JCB digger took out our phone line they were helpful to get the problem sorted quickly and if signed up to 24 hour assistance they are there when needed.

Needed to query a machine data sim was working correctly as part of my fault finding process. Easier to start here than drive across the country to the customer site. Initially spoke to Julia who started the 1st line checks and confirmed that on their end the sim was working. After hearing that I’d made plans to visit the customer in order to quiz the machine in question she placed my ticket on hold until the site visit to ensure I received a follow up call. Helen called me to see how I was getting on and whether I needed any support from her end but was able to feedback I had resolved the issue.
