New telephone installation

Paul has been to our offices, installing a new telephone system. He helped make the process seamless and was very attentive and polite. Thank you Paul for all of your help.

Sean was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable about our requirements.

After speaking with the helpful staff in the morning on the phone to resolve and issue with our handsets in the office, a few back-and-forth emails later it was obvious this was outside of my scope to fix the issue.
Sean, one there engineers, then came to site and meticulously went through the problem, checking every other option before working out what was wrong and quickly resolving it. I couln't ask for a more professional and knowledgeable experience than what Sean was able to accomplish. Great effort from all involved at SCG.

Lauren at SCG is brilliant!! We had issues receiving our new handsets and she was so helpful and accommodating by finding other solutions. She kept us informed at all times and she was so efficient in getting our issue resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible. The two engineers we had come to fit the handsets were really friendly, helpful and informative too. I cannot fault them!

Good customer Service. We recently switched to an app to handle our old landline calls and SCG were very helpful in setting this up and helping us learn how to use it.

Excellent service from Paul Palmer. Went through every stage of the installation and ensured everyone was set up and all equipment was working before leaving.

Not a straight forward install for us from the start (moving from BT) but SCG have made life a much easier during this period. Initial install was hassle free, equipment was sent on time and was plug & play. 2nd install was for cable routing. Jamie turned up and he's brilliant. Very professional and knowledgable. He installed all the cabling ready for the access point delivery. We look forward to completion soon. Excellent service all round.

Lauren, our Project Co-ordinator has genuinely been a breathe of fresh air!! She is polite, efficient and friendly. I have not had to chase anything, she has been checking in with me and updating me as things happen. Thank you so much Lauren!

The engineer Tim, was so professional and installed the equipment in a timely manner and left it very neat and tidy

Tim was knowledgeable, polite & able to resolve our ongoing issues, he took his time to understand our set-up & ensure we were fully happy with the work he had done before leaving.
We have requested Tim to return & improve our current system.

Jamie Evans one of the engineers was fantastic, he had to visit multiple times to sort an ongoing issue we had with our phones. Jamie took the time to explain what action he had taken and provided us with work around for us whilst we were experiencing problems and stayed on site to make sure he could rectify any issues we were having.

From start to finish of the installation (which was not straight forward) SCG have been thorough, clear in communication and delivered exactly what was needed. Paul the engineer has been nothing short of fantastic, always contactable and really put our minds at ease. We had been a BT customer for over 20 years and this has to be one of the best decisions we’ve made as a business.
