Every time I’ve had a mobile phone request or query, she’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Paula goes above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and makes the process stress free. Her friendly approach and expertise make all the difference. Highly recommend her and the team at SCG Wales!

When I took over as Secretary of this company the wifi within the premises was very poor and a detriment to the business.
With the help of the sales team and installation engineers at SCG, we identified our requirements, and now have a system in place that works and benefits to the success of the organisation, both on Wifi and telecommunications.

The service today from SCG and particularly Jamie was brilliant. A very stressful day for us was made worse by the IT issue. An engineer was sent quickly. Jamie was able to diagnose the problems and resolve them whilst communicating the issues and solutions to us in a calm and professional manner. Jamie is a credit to your company.

Brilliant service from Dave when we had recent issues adding some software to our system. Dave was very patient and spent a long time finding a solution. Usual very high standard of service and support.

We have used Datakom now SCG Wales for a number of years and have never had any major issues. The technical support team are friendly and helpful Excellent customer service all round. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Cameron who put us in contact with an engineer who attempted to fix our problem over the phone when this was not successful and engineer was sent to site the following day and the problem was resolved.

We have had various phone systems for a number of years but the evonex system supplied by SCG Wales is the best by a country mile, it gives us the chance to share calls to any of our drivers at anytime and can be fully managed from the mobile app without having to have someone in the office and that saves us time and money.
