The panles and packaging that they are protected in are great but I ordered 14 panles only 13 arrived i have tried to call email and the use the WhatsApp with no response what so ever the problem being the project needs 14 panles to complete and it's frustrating they no1 is picking up emails call or messages

Well where do I start , I ordered a full panel and dado rails . I got the straight cut parts in thin lengths . I was expecting a pre made panel with the panels complete as shown on the picture. Yes dado rails and skirting , which I got no problem.
I’m assuming I have to buy the back board and then glue the edges on it to create the panel shape .. that’s poor advertising.
Not really satisfied , feel I have been misled. To be honest I would be happy to return it all and get a refund as don’t have the time to create my own panels and buy the back boarding.

this was the first time my husband had used panels he did review how to install them before hand, but they and easy to put up and Good Quality.

Purchased a pack of 30 wooden mouldings for decorative wall panels. The items were well packed and arrived quickly. I inspecting them the plained finished was excellent therefore needed little sanding and they were no twisted items. I did find one piece where the face was damaged but this was quickly replaced. Would highly recommend.

I ordered via B&Q and waited a little over a week for delivery. Kits arrived with no packaging at all, dirty and damaged. Completely negated having them primed as would need to repair and prime again for them to be usable. I contacted the seller on the day of delivery to request a return and refund which took 5 days of me chasing the seller and B&Q to get a response. Collection agreed and unsurprisingly did not take place meaning I am still stuck with unusable kits, no refund and a less leave having waited in all day for them. No communication from the seller as to why the collection failed and have now been sent another email saying my order has been dispatched, again no comms as to what this is as I declined a replacement. Really awful experience and still unresolved.

I had an outstanding experience with World Panel World! They delivered everything ahead of schedule, and their communication via WhatsApp was fantastic—they responded so quickly. When one piece arrived chipped, they immediately replaced it at no cost and even sped up the next two deliveries to accommodate my contractor. The team was super friendly and so helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Completely wrong order, damaged and can’t get hold of anyone. Total waste of money. Don’t use them!

I ordered samples a month ago and have not received them still. I emailed and received no reply and I tried ringing their Birmingham number to no avail. I have lost £1.99 in p&p but this company has potentially lost out on an order.

Good quality. The boards were perferctly primed and cut to measure, exactly what I needed.

Good price, choice of lengths available and free delivery

Ordered some lovely tiles but ordered more to match my existing ones to finish wall ,, totally different colour, nothing they could do about it , very disappointed in the end

Used WPW to calculate the wood required for my wall. Calculator worked well and gave me a list of what I needed so I placed the order. However despite saying I needed 15 lengths I really could have done with 1 extra length as a couple of the rails needed to be made with a join, despite following the cutting and installation guide they generate. Also it planned for 4 tubes of adhesive but I really needed 5 so had to go to B&Q for an extra tube.
The overall service was good though and the MDF was well cut and primed as I ordered. Delivery was as they advertised.
You can do it cheaper by cutting your own MDF but if you don't have a good track saw or similar then there is no way to easily get the precision they provide. Overall I would recommend and would use again but would over order slightly next time.
