Possibly one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Having arranged for shower panels to be delivered whilst I was having a hip operation. The hope was that on my return back home the correct ones would have been delivered. 3 incorrect deliveries, 4 un returned calls and 1 month later we are still without a shower. Best part is i can't get into the bath due to my lack of hip movement. Next stop for me will be small claims due to me having to join a gym just to get a shower. I'd probably stop priding yourself on customer service.

I have ordered and paid for wall tiles but have had not email confirmation or any correspondence from the company. I have phoned 3 times to speak to someone in the Sales team to ask whether my order has been processed and when I can expect delivery. I was told someone would call me back but still not heard from anyone. I wish now I paid a bit more for panels and had a guaranteed delivery. Very disappointing.

Took delivery of 7 shower panels a fortnight ago. Having a full garage conversion so there's lots of work going on and boxes are all over the house. To save anything getting damaged, I've left everything stored carefully in its original packaging. Fitters unpacked the panels today. One has a very noticeable dent in it. Two of the others being fitted in the shower cubicle don't meet each other tightly, apart from at the top and bottom, leaving a gap of about 1mm most of the way down. Fitters say it's the worst join they've seen in their years of doing this.
Contacted customer support.
The dented one won't be replaced because it's 2 weeks since delivery and damage should be notified within 24 hours (which is an impossibility with a huge project going on).
The gap is being blamed on either the way it's been stored (flat), the packaging (original, untouched), the temperature (these things should withstand hot showers) or the way it's been cut on the opposite side (with a purpose made hand saw/blade for plastic). Suggested remedy? Trim the tongue and groove on the tight ends with a Stanley knife. Still didn't work. Will they replace it? No, because it's been cut to size, which it had to be to try to fit it!
Apparently a gap of this size is acceptable for these panels and still waterproof, but it looks awful and I'll have to try adding coloured sealant, which defeats the object of these panels.
I didn't even get around to mentioning that the patterns don't run to the same alignment, despite having the same description, just a different colour.
Floors to Walls are refusing to replace any of them. I'm extremely disappointed in both the products and the service. I would recommend steering well clear.

Amazing shower panels and trims.

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered 4 boxes of panels costing over 300. 2 boxes were damaged on arrival which I ignored as they were being cut down. However once attempting installation quickly realised the quality of panels were awful. They were staining within seconds, not white as described and the tongue and groove didn’t interlock. I sent an email explaining this all and was assured if I returned to their own courier I’d be refunded for the 4 packs. I was very happy at this point with the customer service. 4 weeks later no refund in sight and ignored. I raised a claim to suspend the transaction to get a threatening response from the team claiming there delivery drivers took a video of me and the delivery as they felt off. I don’t know what that means or suggests but I am in utter shock. I had to re buy panels from another retailer. And now am out of pocket from this company. The accusation within the email is appalling when in writing I have what they promised. And because the return isn’t tracked I am screwed. So I you two have this situation so not send the items back and raise a chargeback. Be well aware

your statement is untrue I also have your evidence where I said I would only return 3 packets and one was used and faulty you wrote in email with proof saying this was fine and I returned all the other packets, the dispute is only to cover the cost of these packets and nothing else. So again you’re lying. You picked up these items 3 weeks ago and I raised a dispute as it’s on a credit account so I don’t get charged as I have yet to see any refund. I am well within rights to do so. I am not the only customer on review saying your products are faulty and not correct colours etc. my story at no point has changed and I have this all within email which I will happy post online.

Visited the showroom as we weren't totally sure what we needed. Carl couldn't have been more helpful, he talked us through all the options and made sure we had the right trims and accessories for the job. It was then delivered in a couple of days by the lovely driver Alex who carried it all inside for us. Very happy with our new bathroom, would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Amazing service, arrived in good time and the delivery worker was exceptionally kind, beautiful products- my bathroom has never looked better, i recommend this place to you if you want a fast and safe delivery:)

Ordered 10 slatwall on Monday, arrived Tuesday afternoon. Quick and stressfree.

I forgot I had put a different delivery address to my billing address but the driver offered to take it to my clients address which was an absolute life saver.

I can't thank these guys enough. Even when I messed up my order, and orderd the wrong trims, they sorted it out straight away and gave me some great advice. I got delivery when they said I would get it, and the driver went above and beyond to help me put them in garage. I will be ordering again for a feature wall for the living room. Thanks again.

Ordered a couple of panels plus accessories on this website on 12th April. Website said my order qualified for free delivery. Completed my order and paid for it. Received an order confirmation. Company emailed me on 13th April to tell me that delivery to my area would be an extra £54.18(over 25% of the purchase price!), despite the website accepting my postcode and telling me I qualified for free delivery. I have not paid this, I have told the company I expect them to honour the agreement they made, but they are impolite and unreceptive and are in fact now ignoring my emails. I've been left with no option but to open a complaint with Trading Standards. Entirely sub-optimal user experience, would not recommend.

Ordered samples which arrived promptly. I then placed an order for three acoustic panels which were delivered within a week.

Discovered a slight problem on Good Friday so I sent an email knowing that it was a very long bank holiday weekend and I didn't think I would get a response until Tuesday at the earliest. On the Saturday morning I received a phone call. My concerns were listened to and the call handler (sorry, I can't remember your name 🫣) was very apologetic, and interested in understanding how the error occurred so it could be avoided in future and then a replacement was arranged. This replacement was delivered on the Wednesday which is fantastic considering it was the Easter weekend. I am very impressed with the service, yes mistakes happen, we are all human, but this was quickly resolved. It was great to experience proper customer care again. Do not hesitate to order from Floors to Walls.

Ordered sample, happy with sample. Made order. Sent different product… rang and they said its the right product it just has a different name!! Complete miselling. Plus, Impossible its a complete different pattern. Like ordering a red mini and getting a blue golf… asked for full refund and to collect this one. No email confirmation as yet.. will be claiming against credit card if they dont refund othen collect…

Fantastic service and communication from start to finish ... Very impressed how personal this service was . Delivery super quick and the quality of the panels were fantastic .... There is a lot of companies out there selling the same product so no need to do your research as you can take my word for it !! ... 101% would use these guys again and again

I ordered panels on 14 Oct with a promised 2–7 working day delivery, but after chasing multiple times (20th–23rd Oct), I was told they wouldn’t arrive until 27 Oct.
I’d already paid £1,000 for builders booked for the 24th — money I can’t get back because of the delay.
Communication has been poor, and the situation has caused unnecessary stress and expense. I’ve asked for a full refund and compensation — hoping they do the right thing before I take it further.

My experience with my order with Floortowalls was flawless. Received phone call from company day before delivery and text from driver to inform me he was 20 mins away from my property. Kindly took wall panels into garage for us too. Very competitively priced and would happily use again. Amazed at the negative reviews.

We ordered 5 bathroom wall panels (large wave tile design) which were pricier than other panels but we liked the design. Order was promptly processed and the company price matched a competitor as they had offered to price match. So far so good. Delivery was up to 7 days as I recall.
Unfortunately we heard nothing more from the company. After 5 or 6 days I contacted them to get a delivery date and was told the Sales Team were all busy but someone would get back to me. I made the same call for a further 3 days and could never get through to the Sales Team.
Finally, I called just after 9am and the call was answered by a gentleman who was able to look into the issue. He advised me the Sales Team were meant to have contacted me to let me know that their supplier had had quality issues with the product so they weren’t able to supply it.
Had I looked at other reviews I would have seen I wasn’t alone in not getting called back.
I’ve given the company two stars as to their credit they did refund me within a few days as they promised.
I’m sure the product was great, unfortunately I never got to see it!

nearly didn't order due to negative reviews but glad i did, came fast, exactly what i ordered and quality looks great. the only thing they could improve on is tracking info from point of order and not just day of delivery which you dont know when that is until the day

Having placed my order and received confirmation the same day, I received no updates on when to expect delivery. I chased it four working days later on Friday to be told their delivery driver does this area on Tuesday, and I would receive my goods then.

On Tuesday, I called for an ETA and was promised a callback, which never came (this happened twice). I called again on the Wednesday morning to be told it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday because their driver did the route in a different direction.

10 days from ordering to delivery with no updates, no callbacks on two occasions, and no change on the order status online (it still reads ready to ship).

I got an apology but that is of little use when your plans are messed up and it costs you money. How can a company be so bad at delivering goods in this day and age when most items can be delivered next day with no issues?

I wouldn't use them again and can't recommend them.
