Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience - this is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide at Wall Panels World.

Firstly, regarding the delivery timeframe: if you paid for an expedited service, you should have received it within the stated window. A two-week lead time followed by a failed delivery and lack of communication is understandably frustrating, especially after you had booked time off work.

While unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect a route, you should never be left chasing us or calling repeatedly without an answer. We also sincerely apologise for the incorrect items being delivered.

The lack of response to your email is particularly concerning and not acceptable. That is not how we operate, and it will be investigated internally.

We would genuinely like the opportunity to put this right. Please contact us directly at info@wallpanelsworld.co.uk with your order number so we can urgently review your case, arrange collection of the incorrect items, and ensure the correct products are supplied or a suitable resolution is agreed.

We understand your frustration and are sorry for the disruption this has caused.

We're really sorry you’ve had to wait this long - that’s not acceptable, and we completely understand your frustration.

We're looking into this immediately and will be in touch shortly. If the samples have been lost in transit, we’ll re-send them straight away and refund the cost too.

It’s brilliant to hear the tongue & groove was easy to fit, especially as your first DIY project, and that you were happy with the quality and service from start to finish. The nursery sounds gorgeous - finishing it with a dado rail is such a lovely touch, and we love that it’s added character and that “high-end” look to the room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting that long for samples, especially after paying for delivery and having to chase for an update.

Our sample packs are sent via Royal Mail and while they normally arrive much sooner, delays can unfortunately occur and clearly this took far longer than it should have.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us review where the process can be improved to avoid situations like this in the future. If there’s anything we can do to help now or if you’d like us to resend the samples, please feel free to get in touch with our team.
