Wandler Tasche MIA incl. positiver Korrektur

Meine Wandler Tasche MIA, die ich Ìber FARFETCH gekauft habe, weist nach etwa drei Jahren normaler Nutzung erhebliche SchÀden auf.
Im oberen Bereich, wo zwei Lederteile miteinander verklebt sind, hat sich der Kleber an mehreren Stellen gelöst. Dadurch ist die Tasche an mehreren Stellen oben offen und hat ihre Form vollstÀndig verloren.
Ich habe den Hersteller WANDLER und die Plattform FARFETCH kontaktiert und mehrmals ausdrÌcklich um eine Reparatur oder Kulanzlösung gebeten. Dies wurde mit der BegrÌndung abgelehnt, dass nach Ìber 3 Jahren die GewÀhrleistungsfrist abgelaufen sei (was mir natÌrlich durchaus bewusst ist); stattdessen wurde mir von WANDLER ein Nachlass von 20 % auf einen erneuten Kauf angeboten; fÌr mich keine akzeptable Lösung.
FÌr ein Produkt dieser Preisklasse ist das sehr enttÀuschend. QualitÀt, Verarbeitung und Kundenservice entsprechen aus meiner Sicht nicht den Erwartungen.
KORREKTUR, nachdem sich WANDLER ÃŒber TRUSTPILOT bei mir gemeldet hat:
Nach meiner ursprÃŒnglichen Bewertung hat sich
WANDLER bei mir gemeldet und meinen Fall nochmals geprÌft. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass mir nun eine Reparatur meiner Tasche angeboten wurde, wenn auch kostenpflichtig.
Mir ging es von Anfang an darum, eine Lösung fÌr die bestehende Tasche zu finden und nicht um einen Rabatt auf einen Neukauf. Ich schÀtze die transparente Kommunikation und die Bereitschaft, sich nun konkret mit meinem Anliegen auseinanderzusetzen.
Die weitere KlÀrung werde ich direkt per E-Mail mit WANDLER fortsetzen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Wandler bag.

We fully understand how frustrating it can be when a product shows signs of wear over time. However, we would like to clarify that your bag was purchased via FARFETCH, one of our authorized retail partners. Warranty and after-sales service requests for purchases made through retailers are handled by the point of sale. Retailers may submit warranty claims to us directly, but unfortunately we are unable to do so on behalf of individual customers.

In addition, with a usage period of approximately three years, the bag falls outside the statutory two-year warranty period. As we do not have insight into how the product has been used or cared for during this time, we are unable to offer a warranty-based or complimentary repair in this case.

For this reason, we proposed an alternative solution in the form of a discount on a future purchase. We understand that this was not a satisfactory option for you. Should you wish, we would however be happy to explore the possibility of a paid repair, subject to an assessment of the damage.

We place great importance on the quality of our products and on providing transparent and fair customer service, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please feel free to contact us if you would like us to look into repair options for you.

Wandler tas hengsel beschadigd en


Zwarte Wandler tas gekocht bij Derksen en Derksen Groningen, maar bij ontvangst het hengsel al kapot. Via de winkel wordt aangegeven dat Wandler niet reageert, foto's aangeleverd en alles, maar ben inmiddels 5 mnd en 8 mails verder, nog geen reactie van Wandler of de winkel. Enorme tegenvaller als je zo veel betaald voor een tas. Is het mogelijk zelf met jullie in contact te komen en te kijken of het wel klopt dat de klacht bij jullie blijft liggen?

Bad quality Wandler bag

I’m very disappointed with the quality of my Wandler bag. I initially accepted a 10% discount for a small paint flaw, but after minimal use ( less than 2 months), the bag developed serious new defects:
1. The white leather is turning pink from within, not due to external stains.
2. The stitching near the strap is coming loose.
3. The dark edge paint is pilling off with every use.
These issues clearly point to a material or production defect, I contacted the customer service, but Wandler refused to help, saying it’s not their responsibility. Unfortunately It's was a mistake to buy bag from Wandler.

No possibility to repair

The price tag of the bags don't match the quality, lining is coming off after only a few wears and no openness to assist with repairing. For me whoever produces something should be responsible about the quality of materials used and especially in today's time offer a sustainable solution such as repairing the product as they are not able to make a long-lasting one.

We have had contact via customer care and the lining of our bags do not let go if handled properly. In your case, it clearly showed water damaged or some other issue that is not "normal wear and tear". We offered a paid repair, but you did not accept this.

Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service

I purchased a handbag from Wandler, expecting good quality given the brand's reputation and the price point. Unfortunately, after only two uses, the corners of the bag began to show visible damage. This kind of wear is unacceptable for such a premium product.

I reached out to Wandler's customer service with photos of the damage, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service one would expect from a luxury brand.

I regret this purchase and would caution others to think twice before investing in a product that may not meet quality expectations—and a company that seems unresponsive when issues arise.

credit card details are saved without asking permission

They save the credit card details without asking for permission and after contacting their customer service a few times they still didn’t delete it.

Impossible to return anything, non responsive customer service

Impossible to return anything to this company who is based in the Netherlands. Zero response from the company I bought 2 jeans and tried to return 1 as it did not fit. They gave me a return address and I was aware I needed to pay the return postage costs. However, after the package was shipped, they did not accept the return when it arrived in Sweden from NL post. I followed up with 4 emails to let them know it was in customs and never heard back from them. The package was then sent back to me. I not only paid for customs and returns shipping, but now have a pair of jeans I do not need. Will not be shopping with them again.

You have chosen a local post service, which might be reliable in the US, but here in The Netherlands, it is a different story. The Parcel was never offered to us, nor did we receive information on the pick up point. We are sorry to hear that you will not be shopping with us again. We truly regret these unforseen circumstances and we hoped we could have been of more assistance to you.
