Solving a misunderstanding
The truth is that, although there was a huge misunderstanding in my order ( I payed for an inscription WITHOUT knowing that it was an inscription but a pure sale, as it was not mentioned anywhere) the communication with the company was easy, direct and - I want to believe - efficient.
Waiting to receive my money back, as promised.
