Had a great experience

Had a great experience, It was delivered when they said it would be and picked up on time. As someone who has never had to order a skip in her life, it was super easy through the website and I'll use this company again in the future if needed.

Delivered the skip a day late

Delivered the skip a day late, so property couldn't be cleared for the electrician to start. The team I had planned for the schedule skip delivery day couldn't do the next day. Wards promised me earlier delivery of the skip and the driver delivered in the afternoon, his list said PM delivery. Something is going seriously wrong at Wards, they seem unable to do what they promises. I'm not sure if it's communication, lies or incompetence, either way they don't do what they promised. Manager never called me back as requested.
