Ward Recycling レビュー

Great service as usual thanks

Arrived on time. The Driver put the skip in exactly the place that I wanted. Driver was very helpful. Picked up on time too. Booking process was easy too.

Good experience

The skip was delivered early and picked up in time. Great service

Skip was delivered on time the driver was very helpful and the skip is now ready for collection

Over a week to collect after we had filled skip, cause a massive knock on for the delivery we where having, mailed the company, they where no help whatsoever. Probably won't use again.

Punctual,polite and professional service.

Skip delivered on tim, in the place I wanted. Friendly driver.
Skip picked up on the day agreed.

Good service , no problems would use Ward Recycling again

Very reliable said what date they was coming

Great service from start to finish. Friendly
Staff both in the office and drivers. Highly recommend.

Ordered the skip for am delivery turned up at 3pm. I also needed a door on the skip as I'm elderly and needed to be able to walk in with things to start with not lift them over the top. I did order a skip with a door for this reason. Very disappointed.

The team were helpful, the skip arrived in time and was positioned on the shared drive to enable the neighbours to park easily

This company is not here to look after the small struggling companies.
We had 3 bins off them, I had to cut it down to just 1 for financial reasons and they have now charged me over 270 pounds to remove the 2 bins even though i still have 1 bin with them.
I've even said when business picks up I may be able to habe the bins back.
Emails ive received off certain staff have been extremely rude and flippant.
I would certainly not recommend them to any one.
I hope the MD reads this and understand he has some extremely rude and unhelpful staff adjust know even the drivers agree the one of them, he agrees with me.

Extremely easy to book, good price, wonderful communication from office staff and driver was very pleasant, skilled and no request was too much for him.

Great company and always willing to help

Fantastic service as always, this must be our 4th time using Wards. Never been let down, drop off & collect exactly when arranged. Lovely & friendly drivers too x

Very pleasant and competent driver (Oscar). Arrived on the arranged day and negotiated a narrow gateway in the dark without touching either gatepost!
Well pleased with the service and would use again and recommend to others.

Ward Recycling - proper company deliver when they say they will, pick up when they say they will, and such lovely people to speak with over the phone.
I have used them recently for 2 separate occasions for skips, and a few years ago when doing the garden.
Value for money, no nonsense, Skip Hire and recycling, In Derby.
