Couldn't rate this company high enough!
When I had issues with my recently purchased car, I rang Warranty Protect and a very helpful staff member named Ryan, helped me through the whole process.
He was professional but also friendly and caring and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Very refreshing to get such a high level of customer service.

Ryan helped with my claim after a "DPF inspection required" alert came up on my drive home. Very reasonable and professional service. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks Ryan!

I bought a car from a garage 3 weeks ago and unfortunately it broke down. I got in touch with Ryan, as the car came with a 1 month basic cover with warranty protect. From the beginning, Ryan was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Before he asked me any questions relating to the car, his first instinct was to make sure that I was okay and make sure that I was safe. Ryan sent me a very clearly presented email with a step-by-step process to follow. The response time was fantastic and I was always kept updated throughout the process. My car required £300 worth of replacements for mechanical failure but thankfully some of the work was covered. Ryan provided incredible support throughout a very stressful experience.

I recently purchased a car and took out warranty with warranty protect. Unfortunately I came across some manufactural issues soon after purchasing the car, so made a claim with warranty protect.

My claim handler was Sam Rideout-Hunt who provided brilliant customer service. He dealt with my claim very quickly and supported me to go through my local garage which made the process much smoother and quicker.

My car has now been fixed and the costs paid by warranty protect with no issues, so I can go back to enjoying my new car.

I spoke to Sam who was very professional and quick to get my claim sorted, once I got the diagnosis report off the garage and sent the report to sam, within a couple of hours I had the green light to get the work sorted, sam phoned the mechanics to say the work can be completed! Happy days!

I bought a car from a local dealer which was covered by warranty protect.
After a month there were a few issues with the car and it needed repairs.
I spoke to Sam who looked into this for me and liaised with the dealer to get these issues sorted out and cover the works required.
Sam was very Professional and Helpful and got things sorted out for me very quickly and hassle free. His help in getting this sorted out was fantastic and customer service was second to none.

Having purchased what we thought was a great car I was so disappointed when I arrived home to find a fault with the Air Conditioning. My big concern was, having purchased the car, would the garage make good their promise and that the warranty would be honoured.
I no sooner contacted Sam that Ifelt reassured that I would have no problems.
Two weeks on and I cannot thank Sam for his professionalism, promptness, and the reassurance he gave to my wife and I.

I had few issues when I contacted the warranty company they were very helpful and resolved my issues efficiently.

Warranty protect was very good and Sam made the process very easy and stress free. He kept in contact with me to tell me updates at all times and ensured my queries were all dealt with quickly and effectively. He was always very quick responding to my emails and he makes sure the customer is very satisfied, thank you for your very good customer service!

My car unexpectedly went into limp mode,whilst overtaking, on a Thursday afternoon, the dashboard display showed "powertrain fault consult main dealer ". As I'd only had the car for 10 days, I phoned Warranty Direct and explained what had happened. They contacted the dealership who asked if I could bring my car over that afternoon so they could do a diagnostic check. By the time I got there the warning light had gone but the fault was found to be an engine oil solenoid malfunctioning. They ordered the part and I was told it was a relatively easy fix and that,worst case scenario, I should have my car back on Monday. I was given a courtesy car which was a great help. I phoned the dealership on Friday lunchtime for a progress update and was told my car had been fixed and was having a roadtest. 15 minutes later, they called back to say that it was ready for collection.

Having recently purchased a car under covid-19 conditions and therefore not seen it I was reassured to know it was covered by a 1-month free warranty. On delivery of the vehicle there was a minor issue with a door latch and I was told by the garage to approach the Warranty company. I rang the number it was immediately answered by Sam who was professional, extremely personable and remarkably efficient. He dealt with the issue, liaised with the garage, the issue was resolved and even the garage said they would deal with this company again. I cannot recommend Warranty Protect more and will be extending the warranty for a further6 months
