Uhr ist sehr schön, nicht erwartet das es so gut sein wird! Empfehlbar

Zegarek zakupiony przyszedł dobrze zapakowany i oryginalny trochę długi czas oczekiwania, ale to raczej zrozumiałe ponieważ przyszła z zagranicy polecam

They are a legit website and they do have great customer service, the only thing Is for me it took a bit long as I received it today on feb 27, having ordered it on Jan 29, but Im pretty sure it came a few days before since I checked the mail box today and my package was there, along with a few other magazines and stuff meaning that it was here a some time ago. The quality and packaging was great as if you’re buying it from an actual store. If your worried about tracking they do send you updates especially a in the first few days after you purchased, like for me they sent me a total of 4 emails regarding its shipping status like when it was in transit and shipped but that last email about its status was February 5th. And the shipping method is non-trackable unfortunately as they told me when I was inquiring about my watch’s location. Either way this website is pretty good, but the wait time could either be a bit long like mine or short like other people have said in their reviews. Otherwise it is a great website with cheap prices. Would buy again.

It has been 23 days since my watch was shipped, and I still have not received it. In response to my inquiries, I keep getting a standard reply stating that nothing can be done because the parcel was sent via untrackable mail.

How is it possible to send an international shipment without a tracking number?

I am still waiting for my purchase and would appreciate a clear explanation of the situation as well as a possible solution.

Я 16.01.2026 року замовив годинник і оплатив,але нажаль сьогодні 11.02.2026 а його досі немає.

S predajcom som bol veľmi spokojný. Napriek náročnému sviatočnému obdobiu bola komunikácia s obchodom rýchla a k veci. Skvelý prístup k zákazníkovi!

Ordered a casio watch ,the one I wanted was out of stock.so they got in touch gave us some options, waited till was back in stock.Everytime I contacted them they answered straight away kept telling me what was happening.Watch is lovely well worth the wait ,husband loves it .So excellent service and fast delivery would recommend WatchExclusive to family and friends .

I ordered a new watch from Japan, and I was very happy that shipping from Slovakia to Japan was free, and that I received it in about 20 days, even though it was during the New Year holidays. I also received quick replies to my email inquiries, so I think this store is trustworthy. Thank you very much.
