I love the watch factory so much I’m always buying my boyfriends gifts from here the quality of the products and style is just amazing will continue to buy gifts and things for myself because I just love them and the delivery time is so fast

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The watch itself is great quality, but what really stood out was the service I had to return mine for a replacement as it was to small and Tay, who I dealt with over email, was fantastic. Quick responses, genuinely helpful, and made the whole process easy. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Highly recommend!

Really good in quality

The bracelet I purchased for my 21 y/o nephew was $99. I received it very quickly and I was very happy as it was just as described and I liked it very much. A $5 discount was applied which brought the price down to $94. However, postage for an item under $100 was another $14.95, bringing the total of my purchase to $108.95. Unfortunately I had to return the bracelet as it was unsuitable for purpose, as it was too big and I was told it could not be altered. The return postage cost me another $10.20. My refund was only $94, which left me significantly out of pocket. I think the Watch Factory should offer a Freepost address for legitimate returns.

I purchased a bracelet for my son. He did not like as it was way too big for him. He tried it on and then took it off. When I went to return it, they said that it had scratches on it, which is impossible as he wore it for like 2 seconds and not sure how you scratch a bracelet when trying on and was not with price tags, I sent it back in original box, however the gladwrap packaging was not included, there was no price tag ? So now they are sending it back to me. Appalling service and now have paid way too much for a second rate bracelet, apparently with scratches on it, which were not done by us, so must have been sent that way in the first place. Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place and will never use again. Return policy not designed for the consumer.

The website was very easy to use, only bad thing is there wasn’t different sizing for the bracelet I got and it was too small 😓

I absolutely love my Calvin Klein necklace and wear it every day. It's made from stainless steel and still looks brand new. I get lots of lovely comments and asked where I bought it from. Very pleased and the delivery service was great and didn't take long to be delivered. What you see is exactly what you get.
