I highly recommend this company. Currently, it's impossible to purchase a Rolex from an AD. I found the Rolex watch I wanted with Watch Trading Co., but I was very skeptical about making such a large purchase online. I thoroughly researched this company as well as other's I was looking at and they definitely had better overall reviews from customers, including BBB info. I went for it, made the purchase, and had the watch in unworn/new condition as advertised two days later. Everything was perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and I will purchase from them again in the future. I will recommend them to anyone that wants luxury watches online.

This is my first Rolex purchase ever. I have been trying to buy a Rolex from a AD for the past 3 years. It has been a long road and I finally decided to purchase from Watch Trading Co after a month of online searches. Several grey market sellers did not offer the warranty card but when I called watch trading co they said the factory warranty card will be inside the box and confirmed the watch is unworn. I decided to purchase the watch via PayPal using Amex for protection. Shipping was fast! Next day air! The face was wrapped with plastic, the box was inside a FedEx bubble envelope then placed in a box with Styrofoam snow and sealed with no markings. The watch was brought to a AD for adjustment of the links and inspected to be genuine. I am very happy with the purchase. Now I'm looking for another watch to purchase. Thanks again.

Easy and quick. I love my new timepiece.

First time buyer from them, have seen them on Instagram and some YouTube videos. Purchased a Rolex from them and it was a nice easy process! Great customer service! Received the watch overnight and before shipping they send a picture of the watch with all the contents being shipped to you! Great experience would definitely recommend!

Purchased my Rolex Wimbledon Jubilee. The buying experience was top notch. Jamie and the rest of his team were professional and responsive.

Excellent service from Jamie, guided me through the buying process from ordering online to money wiring. It was shipped as soon as money got through, the watch was very well packed and delivered in immaculate condition.

Cant say enough thank you to Jamie for helping me out on my new watch, I have follow alot jeweller but I found trust in them Thanks WTC..... got my order within 15hrs when they got my payment I recommended them with my chest... coming back soon for my everose sky Dweller 2021

Excellent service walked me through the entire process in real time and the product well better than advised. I got Rolex SD43 with all documents in fast and safe manner. Thank you, Watchtradingco.

Best experience EVER to purchase a watch!!!! Not only were they able to source a very hard to get watch but the experience was amazing. I was selling two other watches to fund this purchase and when one of those sales was cancelled, Jamie from WTC immediately helped me to sell that watch and supported me continuously day and night until we were able to close the deal. Don't doubt if you're thinking of working with them, would recommend them in my sleep!!!

Could not say enough great things about Watch Trading Company. I couldn't find the Rolex I wanted anywhere and they had the exact one I wanted. Highly recommend and great customer service!
