Great wines and super value

First time I used Waterside and I found it a good experience. My only issue was the website allowed me to buy more bottles of a wine I was very keen on, than they had in stock. To their credit I was contacted quickly (after three attempts - my fault not theirs) and informed and a compromise was reached and I ended up with some other rather nice wines. Will use again.

Wines are of fantastic quality and the delivery is 1st class

Andrew and his team are absolute stars. We had been searching for a particular wine that’s absolutely outstanding and Waterside are one of the very few to stock it. Andrew couldn’t do enough to help and we had 6 bottles the very next day. Incredible service, super friendly and knows his wine inside out, we also had some fantastic recommendations and will be back. Thanks Andrew.

Excellent good communications throughout , didn’t quite have enough of the Prosecco I wanted - so subbed 2 Bottles for a very nice alternative.

Great customer service
I accidentally ticked the “I’ll collect” instead of “Delivery” option. This was spotted and I got an email asking if it was intentional, then help in modifying the order to include delivery. I had wine in my hands within 24 hours.
