I have had a top up service with Watson for 14 years and was very happy with the service until January this year. I noticed that my tank was getting low so checked my account and found we had not received a top up since June.i contacted customer services and were told that my account was on stop. The reason given was that I needed to clear my year end of £247 which I did on the 1st January. I then reaceived 500 litres on the 10th January. I then arranged a top up for the 29th January to maintain my normal service. When this did not happen I called and was told my order was still on stop but there did not appear to be a reason and they would release the order. I still had not received the order in March dispute 2 more phone calls and a call from a manager called Craig telling me that they could not honour the January price and that the delivery would be at twice the original quoted amount. I decided to still proceed as I trusted that all had been resolved but by the 19th of March I lost faith as no order materialised. Customer services and was useless. Credit control were uncontactable and sales just kept saying sorry. Great company if you don’t hit an issue but no one seems to be able to resolve a simple problem for a loyal long term customer. Would not suggest using this company as they do not follow through on thier promises

Fantastic service

Ordered 9 days ago. Had a phone call yesterday to confirm delivery today. No sign so phones customer service at 1610......waited on the phone for 27 minutes until picked up. Told it was tomorrow now. Apology..told they were busy. Not good enough I booked it over a week ago..I do not expect to turn up at an airport and be told sorry we are busy the flight is tomorrow 'at some time'. No phone call to me to tell me of the issue. I have wasted a day waiting for a tanker. Not the first time from your company...Boiler Juice is looking a viable option after 5 years with you!. Yes I am not happy at all!

Always on the day they say, we never know that they have been till the slip comes through the letterbox. Excellent service, much appreciated, thanks very much.

My enquiry was to set up monthly payment for oil and unfortunately I was never contacted. I have ordered from Watson Fuels before and found them very helpful, but sadly not this time.

The app no longer works so cannot place orders or access any account information.

Nearly 2 weeks to deliver and price almost two and a half times last price. I know why, but still seems exorbitant and impossible on a pension.

I ordered oil online and was able to change the order over the phone. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The delivery was swift. So I'm a satisfied customer!
