Generally very efficient, only a couple of hiccups when the driver did not read the instructions for where to deliver.

Easy to contact. Prompt delivery. Good price. Excellent staff.

Your colleague gave excellent service but the fact I have to wait 10 days for the delivery which could mean another price hike. Also only allowing a 500 minimum delivery when a lower delivery total would help those on a lower income to be able to afford the oil. Surely you could allow smaller quantities to be delivered during this crisis.

Reliable, they always keep me updated regarding delivery times and competitive prices.

Your my watson portal would not allow me in, so I had to phone an operative, who was very polite and explained that the portal was experiencing some difficulties.However, my order was accepted. I asked to be given 24 hr notice for the delivery, and did receive it, only the oil did not come ! , necessitating a further phone call. The delivery man was very polite and helpful. Having paid in advance, I was then sent an invoice for the delivery to be paid soonest, necessitating a third phone call. although all issues were resolved, the waste of my time, and the need for further phone calls does not indicate a fully integrated and functioning business.

Fast, efficient service with sensitive response in a difficult situation when we had been repeatedly let down by another supplier.

Ordered 9.05am on March 2nd , got written quote of 0.61p for 1000l of Kero , now had invoice in for 1.06p . It don’t say on the quote subject to change.
Have can these crooks get away with it ?
Still waiting for my invoice for my red tractor diesel quoted 0.71p at the same time .

Used Watson's for 20 years, but have just cancelled my account. Quoted me 58ppl, delayed delivery, eventually delivered and charged me £1.25 per litre. 5 phone calls, several lies and still no resolution.
Not the first bad experience with them (including delivering oil to the wrong tank and telling me I still had to pay for it and claim it back from my neighbour).
Customer services is shocking.
