It took me so long to make a review because we didnt even know the name of the company until they posted a note through my letterbox!
A few weeks ago I was getting aggressive knocks on my door, my son was scared we were having another break in, after I told them I wasn't interested they came back again twice the SAME DAY! He even offered me money to sign up and get eggs!! They're so desperate! Please stay out of Nottingham. My neighbours had the same experience, we don't want your "free eggs" either!
I've searched online and it's nothing but bad about this shady company

Missing Items and Unauthorised Purchases
Door-to-door salespeople came to my house to sign up for Watsons Pantry. As it was a one-off, I agreed and paid on-the-day for eggs and 2 cartons of milk. The salesperson did my order for me, taking my phone out of my hand (with my consent) and ordering on my behalf.
Well, my 2 cartons of milk never came. But, when I inquired, the language used in the email suggested that I was lying. When I asked for proof of delivery, they simply said the time it was delivered. I, personally, think that they delivered to the completely wrong address, but I have no way of proving that other than the fact I don't have my items. My eggs were delivered fine a few days later, but I did have to update the order to describe the exact location of my house.
And I thought that was the end of my experience with Watsons Pantry, but today we had an order of milk and eggs randomly appear at our doorstep. I did not authorise that these items be purchased, meaning Watsons Pantry has taken money from my account without my consent and I am extremely upset. I phoned up, cancelled every "upcoming order" (which I never placed because I didn't want to use this company again after the missing items incident). When I explained my situation to the lady on the phone, she offered me a £5 gift card (won't be using it because this company is clearly dodgy), and I will now have to follow-up with my bank to ensure that Watsons Pantry have no further access to my account. The lady on the phone said that the website automatically does it - how dodgy is that!
Be very, very careful when using this company. They will just do whatever they want, without your consent, clearly!

Rude and pushy! Kept repeatedly coming to my house and ringing the bell (when I was out at work!) when I got home I answered and the woman took my phone after I scanned the QR code and adding stuff to the basket, then said âyou get 20% off if you do it now, thatâs what all your neighbours are doingâ and went to checkout! I said I already told you I wasnât placing an order right now I wanted to look on the site and browse fully. (Iâd probably have ordered quite abit!) after I said that she said âfineâ and stormed off. Disgusting practices and not a way to get customers.

Ridiculously rude sales tactics.
Came in from work today and my partners just told me a door to door seller took her phone off her and started putting in an order for her without even asking if she wanted to do so?? Not to mention clicked on reveal password! Then, to top it off, when my partner said she'd no longer be buying anything at all and also mentioned it was the wrong side of payday the sellers response was to 'go get a credit card'! Looking at the many other 1* reviews this company should absolutely be reported to trading standards. Disgusting.

When the girl came to the door she started to walk me through the steps via QR code she seemed lovely until it came to creating an account and buying items there and then. It's 2025, get flyers or let people sign up via the QR code I had to scan 5 times! Knocked on my door twice on a bank holiday! Chap was nice but it's just rude to do d2d on a bank holiday.

We sign up as a try after lovely lad knock on our door. We usually use competitors but cheaper prices with Watson encourage us to try. We have been told everything will be delivered from local farms. To our surprise milk was nothing different then store bought and nowhere near from midlandâs and eggs have been from Cornwall. Do not use if you like your local fresh milk. They just delivered store bought items with their own label.

Intrusive Cold Calling
Continuous cold calling from 4:30pm to after 8pm in one evening. Repeatedly rang the door bell and rapped on the door but left before I could answer each time. It seems like the sales people went up and down the houses on the street pressing all the bells and leaving without waiting for an answer.
At one point a sales person just stood on my doorstep for several minutes in front of my window on her phone.
I have already had 2 cold calls from this company previously where I spoke to the sales person and declined.

Signed up via somebody knocking on my door. Wish I hadn't. First delivery didnt go well - promised delivery by 7am by 8.30am still no produce.
Called and told it was out for delivery but running late! Asked to cancel my account and all future orders. If you can't get the first one right then it's not going any further. I was told someone would call me back to cancel my account - NO CALL BACK!!! I will be calling again and will definitely NOT be recommending the company to friends and family. In fact I will actively tell people to avoid this company.
