I’ve followed this brand silently for about a year, admiring the clothes from afar. After recently losing some weight, I finally felt ready to reinvent my style and placed my first order a couple of months ago and I haven’t looked back since.

I’ve since made two further orders and already have my eye on my next pieces. For reference, I’m 5’7” and a size 12, and everything I’ve ordered has been true to size. The quality across all six items has been beautiful - the tops and trousers feel like butter, the jeans are so comfortable, and the coats are just fabulous.

Delivery has been fast every time, with great packaging and items arriving well protected.

I’ve had so many lovely compliments, and for the first time in several years I genuinely feel confident when I go out. A lot of that is thanks to this brand and the styling inspiration they share on Instagram.

Love my WAT purchases! Such good quality- the longline puffer coat has lasted me years. The workwear and gym wear are staples in my wardrobe. Postage and returns are more expensive but I’ve never had an issue and this is a small start-up company not a huge multi-national brand.

I love all of my WAT items! My cropped t shirts are an every day staple and my quarter zip is so cosy and stylish. Stop me buying 😂😂

I have bought many things from WAT the brand over the years and every one has stood the test of time in my wardrobe. The quality is brilliant and you can tell so much thought has gone into designing the fit of the pieces.

I love this brand. I've ordered several pieces which have all arrived promptly and been of perfect quality. The fit is great and the sizing is either true to size or generous. I can't get enough of the ribbed leggings and jeans in particular. They've washed beautifully.

I have used wat the brand on numerous occasions and always receive items extremely promptly. The quality of the items are brilliant and are at a good price point.

The customer support team are terrible… not to mention the charge for returns. I wouldn’t buy from this brand again sadly.

I absolutely love this brand. I have been a customer since they launched and have purchased many pieces. Size is as advertised, fits well, and always good quality. I did have an issue with the white shirt I purchased in the summer, however they immediately replaced it with a brand new one free of charge, customer service was on point for me. Postage is expensive but most small / independent businesses are, I come to expect it. I've always received my items within a few days so I'm fine with it.

First time ordering with this brand after seeing it on an IG post.
I estimated at sizing and the gym leggings are spot on, really comfy, great material, lush colour and don’t roll down with a squat - winner.
However, the sweater I ordered in a M was hugely oversized so I needed to return it and here in lies my issue. I paid £4.95 postage, which wasn’t exactly express but it is what it is but then you get stung with £4 returns fee deducted from your refund so in total I paid £8.95 fees for one pair of £22 gym leggings.
I do feel that online clothing stores should offer free returns if things aren’t quite right as I now won’t order from this brand again, despite loving the gym leggings as the shipping and returns fees are so high.

Really disappointing experience with WAT the brand after following the girls for years. Made an order - waited over 3 weeks for arrival only to be told it was lost in the post and they’d send out a replacement. When it arrived the quality was flimsy and cheap so I returned. Have emailed customer service twice to chase up a refund (this is over 2.5 weeks ago) both times been told it will ‘be with me in a few daya’. Still waiting… I think some work still to be done to compete with other start up logistics.

Check your item thoroughly! I purchased the short puffer coat, it has white staining on the sleeves and on the hood. Not the quality you would expect from this company nor at this price point. I was unable to return as the short returns period had lapsed.

If you purchase from here then check your items straight away as I’m now stuck with a jacket that I wouldn’t wear out due to the marks.

I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Really short returns window compared to the 28/30 days offered by other companies. Shortly after my delivery I suffered a colitis/sacroilitis attack and was unable to leave the house. Tried to start return about 3 weeks after delivery (including Easter bank holidays) but told it was too late. Can’t even exchange. Will sell on Vinted. Will go back to using brands that offer the usual returns policy.
