Ordered a paddle board from these guys. Was delivered the next day. The board not only looks great but is super solid and sturdy. We had a few issues with the pump letting by whilst inflating but after speaking to Sophie via email weâre getting a replacement pump which hopefully resolves the issue. Canât fault the customer service and would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a paddle board.

You won't get next day delivery
Ordered a board on Saturday as wanting to go on the lake on Tuesday, this being our last day off work. They had an offer of order by 2pm and next working day delivery. Tuesday came and we sat about waiting, emailed, no response. They don't have a phone number for you to contact them and the one I found had been disconnected so no chance of speaking to a human. I found a chat option and spoke to Jessica. She said they had dispatched it on Monday, but after some queries, she let it slip they'd only sent it on Tuesday, the day they guaranteed I'd get my order. She offered me 10% off but I said I wasn't happy as had they kept us in the loop i.e an email or phonecall to say it was delayed, we'd have done something else with our day. With that she decided to end the chat. I had to put in a new chat request, but after 40 minutes it's become clear she does not want to assist me further as I wasn't happy with the outcome. Disappointing

Good customer service
Ordered two iSUPs from Wave and unfortunately due to ordering at a weekend the delivery time was slightly longer than expected but the online chat function on their website meant I could chat to Sophie, a member of customer support, who told me where my delivery was and when to expect it. Currently reviewing the website and customer service as my products will arrive later this week.

Really good customer service
I originally ordered a paddle board from Wave, but unfortunately the model I wanted was out of stock. Sophie from customer service reached out straight away, explained the situation clearly, and offered me an upgrade to the Navigator Kayak at no extra cost.
She was really helpful, kept me updated throughout, and made sure my order was sent out on next day delivery so I didnât miss getting out on the water. The kayak arrived quickly, well-packaged, and is excellent quality.
Itâs rare to find such attentive and friendly customer service these days, so I really appreciate the effort Sophie made to sort everything out smoothly. Highly recommend both the products and the team at Wave!

Iâve bought both a classic SUP and a Navigator kayak from Wave and absolutely love them. The quality is fantastic, and theyâve made getting out on the water such a joy. I did have a small warranty issue with the kayak, but Jessica from their team was unbelievably helpfulâshe sorted everything super quickly over email and made the whole process completely stress-free. Wave's Support was really excellent. If you're completely new to Paddle Boards and Kayaks, there's a bit of a learning curve, and things that might seem obvious to experienced SUP boarders are not so easy for newbies.
