Best of the best! I buy wigs like I buy clothes and this is by far the most pre-everything wig on the market! You don't get build up when you use products it doesn't need make up. Our wigs are all standard 180 density. Usually after receiving the wig, we recommend that you let it rest first, that is, grab the back of the cap and shake the wig upside down, so that the wig will become fluffy and smooth. You can also try it.

My order number is 17891 and I have written several times to resolve my issue with this company! I ordered my wig on January 3, 2024 and was given three different policies for shipping in response to my emails. I believe this company is a scam and the great ratings are from those who are paid. I just want my wig or my money back and I'm sick and tired of getting the darn run around about it! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I'm updating my review as they requested just as you have you (Wavy My Hair) have updated your initial response! So now, today, January 22, 2025, you sent a photo of a wig I did NOT ORDER. It's obviously the wrong color and even the packaging is sketchy and not even from WAVY MY HAIR. I WOULD'VE CANCELED MY BAD REVIEW IF YOU WERE AT LEAST SENDING EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. You offering me a mere $15 when I demanded a full refund several times is INSULTING! This entire experience has been a total waste of my time and like I said before, DO NOT ORDER anything from this company! I SAID WHAT I SAID! YOU ARE SCAMMERS!

Generally, the logistics status will be updated the next day after the package is shipped, but there will be a slight delay when there are many packages. But don't worry, there will be updates within 48 hours. I know you didn't see the logistics information, so you are very worried and left bad reviews everywhere. I PURCHASED FROM TIKTOK AFTER THE REVIEWS WAS 4.8 WHICH NOW I KNOW WHY-THIS VENDOR PAYS FOR CUSTOMERS TO PLACE 5-STARS JUST SO PPL CAN FALL INTO THE TRAP!! It may be that there is some misunderstanding that caused you to misunderstand us. Regarding the shedding and tangling problem you mentioned, static electricity is more serious in winter, which will more easily cause hair tangling. You can use some essential oils for moisturizing care. This will improve the hair tangling problem. I wonder if you can contact us and send us some photos. We will help you solve the problem.
