Più di 10 giorni fa sono stata da loro e, purtroppo, nonostante avessi già pagato, non ho potuto noleggiare lâauto causa mancanza di carta di credito. Mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero rimborsato quanto pagato ma ad oggi nessuno hai mai risposto alle diverse mail inviate e ovviamente non câÚ stato alcun rimborso.
Davvero poco trasparenti.
Spero di potermi ricredere, ma al momento non posso far altro che recensire in maniera assolutamente negativa.

Lamentamos sinceramente o sucedido e o incómodo causado.
No seu caso, a carteira não foi encontrada imediatamente após a devolução da viatura, uma vez que esta apenas seguiu para limpeza alguns dias mais tarde devido ao elevado volume de trabalho. Quando a carteira foi posteriormente encontrada, deverÃamos ter entrado em contacto consigo de imediato, algo que infelizmente não aconteceu por lapso da nossa parte.
Compreendemos perfeitamente a sua indignação, especialmente tratando-se de documentos pessoais importantes, e pedimos as nossas mais sinceras desculpas pela situação.

To collect a vehicle with Waygo, it is mandatory to present a credit card in the name of the main driver, with a minimum validity of 3 months. This card is required to place the security deposit for the insurance excess, and this requirement is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Regarding the refund, the amount returned was calculated according to the cancellation policy associated with the reservation.
