We’re sorry your original parcel was delayed and ultimately didn’t arrive, especially when you had run out of Pro Collagen but we’re really pleased Cam kept on top of it and arranged a replacement for you.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Pro Collagen and understand how disappointing this must have been.

Pro Collagen uses VeCollal® and as part of our clean formulation, we don’t use artificial stabilisers. While VeCollal® is highly soluble, it can be sensitive to moisture and humidity, which can sometimes cause the powder to clump or harden over time.

Keeping the tub tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, leaving the moisture absorber inside and giving the tub a gentle shake before opening can help prevent this.

Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to speak with me on the phone.

I'm sorry this was such a frustrating experience. As we discussed, orders on our side are only ever generated by the customer, either through checkout or by a subscription renewing on the schedule set in the account, which includes changes made to the next order date. I completely understand it came as an unwelcome surprise and making that clearer is something we're looking at.

I'm also sorry the refund wasn't a single, clean transaction. When your return arrived, not all of it had been checked in at our warehouse straight away. Rather than hold the whole amount, we refunded the confirmed portion immediately and completed the remaining refund within our stated window. I'm glad the full amount is now back with you and I'm sorry the process was stressful.

Your request to have your details removed is being actioned, as confirmed on the phone and by email. If there's anything else we can do, please reach out and I will personally handle it.

I’m sorry to hear how frustrated you’ve been by the subscription experience.

We don’t trap customers into subscriptions - subscriptions can be cancelled directly through the customer portal at any time. In some cases, customers may have more than one active subscription or have subscriptions set up under different email addresses, which can make it look as though a cancellation hasn’t worked.

We did request your details through Trustpilot but haven’t received them yet. We’d really like to look into this properly and make sure everything linked to your account has been cancelled, so please contact us at hello@wearefeel.com with your order details.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I’m sorry for the frustration this caused and that you were left feeling you couldn’t reach us.

As discussed, we had replied to your previous emails, but we did not hear back from yourself. The cancellation form had created a support ticket rather than completing the cancellation itself, which is why the subscription remained active.

I’ve now cancelled the subscription for you, so there will be no further charges or deliveries.
