I’m sorry for the frustration caused while waiting for your refund.

According to the Evri tracking, your return was sent back on 1st August and arrived at our warehouse on 5th August. As outlined in our return instructions and Returns Policy, refunds are processed within 10 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. This allows our Evri warehouse team time to receive, assess and process the return back through our system.

I can confirm that your return was processed today and your refund has now been issued.

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for sharing your details with us via Trustpilot. I sent a few emails to answer your questions but unfortunately we haven’t yet received a response from you with the additional information needed to look into the pricing you saw.

For clarity, Pro Metabolic on our UK site is currently £46.43 per month on Subscribe & Save, delivered every 4 weeks, or £118.40 quarterly for a 3-month supply. There is no contract or minimum term, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal.

We weren’t able to match the £28 and £37 pricing mentioned in your review to our UK store, so I’d still really like to understand where you saw this. If you can reply to my email with a screenshot of the page and the discount code you were using, I’d be more than happy to investigate this properly and help make things right.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration caused by both the Pro Collagen hardening and the subscription experience.

As discussed, Pro Collagen doesn’t contain artificial stabilisers, so the powder can be more sensitive to moisture and humidity. Keeping the tub tightly sealed, storing it somewhere cool and dry, and leaving the moisture absorber inside can help prevent clumping.

I’m glad we were able to resolve this over the phone and arrange a refund for your recent order. I also really appreciate your feedback around the portal and subscriptions, which has been passed on to the team.

Thank you for your feedback and for getting in touch with us. We completely understand the frustration around not receiving a reminder before a subscription renewal.

We’re currently in the process of introducing reminder emails and I’ve added you to our trial so you’ll receive an email two days before your next order is due to be processed.

With our Rewards programme, each membership tier has a monthly limit on how many points can be converted into credit, which is outlined on our website. That said, we really appreciate your feedback on how this works alongside multiple subscriptions.

I’m glad I was able to intercept your previous parcel and arrange the refund for you, and thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
