Too easy to get wrong - needs second test tile.
I was a bit irritated as the cost of the test was quite high - but there was only one test slate in the pack. It didnt say clearly on the instructions how much blood you need but I couldn't get enough and the drop or two I placed in the test led to an inconclusive test. So I would now have to order a whole new test!

I am so disappointed, wrong test sent and no customer support.
I am so disappointed. I ordered the CA-125 ovarian cancer test and was sent a prostate cancer test. I contacted firstly an agent through chat who said they would forward it to the right team and get another one sent out. I sent photos to confirm it was the wrong test sent. Two days later with no contact I contacted another advisor who asked me to post the prostate test back...at my own expense and then once received they would send it out. I replied stating this was not acceptable that I had a g.p appointment next week and needed to have the test done before then, I also think this is terrible customer service when evidence was provided it was the wrong test. I have had no reply or confirmation of the correct test being sent. Really disappointed, i feel there has been no customer support and no urgency to rectify the error.
