My email inquiry was answered very quickly and I appreciate that. I was going to return the yarn as it was not the weight that I originally thought as I had purchased some couple of months earlier in same color not realizing when I reordered it was a thicker yarn. They were ready to refund me but I decided to keep it and make another project and will order the correct weight when it comes in at the end of the month.

Easyness to order. Good quality of wool.

I have been buying from WAK for a couple of years now, and it’s never been a disappointment. Love the yarns, and the patterns are very friendly user. Must also compliment the customer service. Recently had a question and the response was almost immediately and helped me with my concern. I highly recommend WAK! Thank you!

I wanted to order a kit for a baby blanket. I needed help with something and my question was answered extremely fast . They also had an amazing tutorial.
Everything was explained. Great company! Excellent customer service.

I love the kit for the cardigan with all the yarn and even the needles and buttons. The pattern is just what I wanted. Bravo!!

The problem is not that delivery takes one week. Your website clearly states that this is the expected delivery time, and I completely accept that.

The real problem is that an entire week has passed and I still have absolutely no information about my order. The only status shown is “Waiting for information.” I don’t know if my order has been shipped, where it is, or when it will arrive. At this point, I honestly don’t even know if it will arrive this year.

For the premium prices you charge, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Communication is practically non-existent, and it’s frustrating that customers have to complain publicly just to get an update.

If you cannot provide reliable information about my order, I expect a full refund.

I hope someone from your team finally responds and resolves this situation.

I had a question and they responded very quickly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The product quality is always great too.

I constantly have trouble logging on and staying on your website. It makes me log in again every time I try to check my order statue. Also it is very hard to follow the status of my order and the content of my order on your website.. I like to be able to go back and check my orders and it should be easier to track the order through the website. If you had a more informative, user friendly order history for each account I think people would appreciate it. I love your sweaters though... the hand painted multi color yarns and the way you have color blocked the sweater designs is very new and fresh! good work! It makes me really want to knit your sweaters!

I received excellent Customer when I had a question about my delivery date. Product is exactly as described and pictured, I’m very pleased with it!

the yarn had multiple knots in it and was delivered in a brown box.. it was raining when delivered yarn and paper with pattern code wet.. deliveries need to be sent in better packaging.

Customer service is A-1! I got a response to my inquiry within 24 hours and they provided exactly the information I needed. I would highly recommend We Are Knitters to anyone - beginner or experienced!

I’m not massively impressed with the value for money or the delivery time. Because it’s a digital pattern, which I’ll have to print out myself, I’ve basically just paid 60 quid for four balls of wool. That doesn’t include any needles either – and I got a discount! I think that’s quite disgusting actually.
It also took well over the amount of time they stated on their website to arrive – it says 5 to 6 days for delivery to the UK and it took 12. When I contacted customer service about this, they got back to me quickly but didn’t offer any compensation or reason for the delay. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again.
