Commande parfaite comme habituellement. Produits de qualité je ne commande quasi que la laine de chez vous car c’est la meilleure et on comprend le prix car qualité ++
Je viens de m’abonner au service membre premium dont je suis satisfaite à 100%
Je suis dans l’attente de 2 commandes passées récemment et j’ai déjà hâte de les recevoir comme une enfant qui déballe ses jouets de Noël.
En gros je suis fan ++ et j’en fais la promotion partout autour de moi et je mentionne le hashtag sur chacune de mes publications avec vos produits

The customer service was great. After not seeing an update after I ordered, I asked a customer service agent in a chat for information and they were able to do so. Then they emailed me back when there was a change in order status! Just received my package, 6 business days later (in Canada)!

I like very much your products. They are goood quality and so beautiful. My wip bag is very nice very smart and performer. Only I just find everything honestly a little expensive. I know the products are high quality but just the same you just can't buy so many of them. And in regard to may wip bag I expected some little gadget as a present for the purchase which with the expedition meant quite a total.
Anyway I like your products, I don't know about your tutorials yet, but I'm sure they are great too.

As a beginner I have found the patterns easy to follow with great results. Also 'We Are Knitters' have been very quick to resolve any problems that I may have encountered, they have dealt with my problems always to my satisfactory.

Quite responsive to my needs which is great! but I had to come up with idea to buy the kit which includes a pattern and knitting needle versus buying 6 individual skeins of yarn for best value. Still, I am very pleased no problem with ease of return and new purchase. Thank you!

Thank you for bringing this matter to your marketing dept. My friends and I will be interested and we hope you don't raise the price of your kits and keep each skein cost reasonable.

WAK always assists when I have any questions or need help with a product or order!

My experience so far is really good . I hate emailing but they have no hotline for call outs . I thought it was going to be like every other site no call back . They emailed me back right away and stayed in touch . So for me that is incredibly positive so thankyou .

Once I was finally able to connect with WAK's support team (a website technical problem that none of the front line folks could help) Vincent was prompt, courteous, and clearly listening to the concerns I raised. Well done!

They are in the middle of a site overhaul at the moment, so extend a little grace if you're waiting for help. It will be worth it. :)

Cardigan pattern worked well. Issue with the quality of the wool but it was resolved by the customer service team very quickly.

My query was answered really quickly and in a very helpful way - further support was offered if required.
