We Are Nomads レビュー

A job beautifully done. The service and communications were simple and straightforward but it was the quality of the craftsmanship that will stand out as we see our lovely little Japanese pot back in its place looking even better than before, and with an extra story from 2023 being told through this workmanship. Thank you.

Great communication and service, very high quality work too.

I engaged Jane for a kintsugi repair of a couple broken ceramic mugs. I very much appreciated Jane's communication effort from enquiry to final delivery, and I'm very pleased that the repaired products are fully functional again.

I don't hope that any more mugs will break but if they do, I highly recommend sending them to Jane to repair in this beautiful Japanese fashion.

- enquired and ordered in late Jan
- service delivered early Feb
- product tested Feb/Mar

Lovely stuff for sale, especially the Tamegroute pottery, all at reasonable prices. Being on a budget, I particularly appreciate the 'seconds' section!
Delivery is fast and the packaging is exemplary - neat, attractive, eco-conscious and bombproof.
Customer service is prompt, friendly and very helpful.

Purchase arrived on time and quickly. Beautifully packaged up. Easy website to use with such lovely items for sale that you cannot find easily elsewhere.

Great vase repair with Kintsugi - it was a favoured piece in our house and accidentally got broken. It now has a new life and is back on display.

Lovely mirror purchased from We Are Nomads, but just as important for me was the amazing online shopping experience fantastic service

Lovely set of copper mirrors from We are Nomads. As described and lovingly packaged, it felt like receiving a gift to myself. I am really pleased with this unique , special service

Box that the item arrived in was filled with shredded cardboard. Unaware, when opening the box, all the shreds spilled all over the floor. I appreciate that ceramic item has to be especially protected during transportation, but this was something else! In the name of sustainability, packaging method has gone mad!
Nevertheless, item itself arrived chipped. There’s no sign that it’s been damaged during transport, probably thanks to all this bubble wrap, cardboard paper and cardboard shreds that the item was buried under in the box. There was no sign of the chip anywhere in the bubble wrap. I assume the item must have been chipped before it was wrapped up and boxed. It would have been better if this was advised on the website for potential buyers to let them know of a defect before purchase.

Lovely little mirror but smaller than I expected it to be!

Great service and very fast delivery - highly recommend.

prompt delivery and really lovely, good quality products

Order arrived very quickly. Very good range of products. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellency email communication from placing order through to delivery. Goods arrived very well packaged with a note explaining the origin of the pottery. I had requested this information as it is a Christmas gift. I’d order from this company again

Brilliant - speedy delivery of gorgeous ceramics with handwritten card and the lovely gesture of a gift of a gold pencil
I will be back to order more

The products themselves - Tamegroute plates and bowls - are wonderful. They're exactly as described; full of character and a delight to use. They were delivered promptly and extremely well-packaged - no damage at all. It's been great to shop with We Are Nomads from start to finish.

I simply love my plates. Next day delivery (at no premium) - in fact delivered by hand to my door. Super personal service, gorgeous, special and individual products. Amazing, thank you

Beautiful product, made in Brazil. Packaged really well. Will definitely buy from here again!

Love this citrus presser which came extremely well packed and arrived very quickly. Use it every morning and leave it out on my kitchen top. Really like it.
