Whilst the dresses where great on the day, I had ordered an extra two as I wanted my bridesmaids to try both styles.

I made the return the same week as delivery, which was end of July. It’s now mid September and I’m still awaiting my refund.

I have emailed support 3 times with no response and the customer chat they direct you to gives an error code. I’m currently out of hundreds of pounds.

Confused! I ordered a dress mid August with the expectation that it would arrive in 3-5 days! It’s now the 1st of September and I’ve not received any updates, nor have my emails for more information been returned. Literally just ANY communication would be helpful!

Took my money, failed to deliver dress, 0 customer service

Ordered a load bridesmaid dresses for my girls to try on, the dresses were excellent quality and beautiful, all true to size! All the girls were super happy with their choices as was I!!

To top it off - due to ordering multiple sizes and styles - I had to return a load - which was super easy. One which I was going to keep had a small stain on it on arrival - the customer service team could not have been more helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. To top it off even further, I had one bridesmaid abroad - who I wanted to try the dress for size, the dress we wanted was out of stock and required a pre order, however it arrived early which meant if she tried it on and it didn’t fit - it was outwith the return period. Once again I contacted the customer service team and they couldn’t have been more helpful again, extended the returns period for me, which I utilised and once again sent out the perfect dress almost immediately!

Couldn’t recommend this company enough for brides out there looking to spend a lot of money on dresses for their special day but maybe worried they might get messed around! Not in the slightest, they were brilliant and I’m now a very happy bride with 6 very happy bridesmaids set to look stunning on the day!
