Loving this product definitely helping in every area of menopause ♥️

Very disappointed in the customer support and lack of communication regarding a missing order. I spent £129 as part of my subscription (which I have since cancelled) which was never delivered. Royal Mail told me that Valerie need to claim for missing items. I have contacted them THREE times via their contact form and nobody has responded. I would not recommend.

I have been receiving Valerie products on subscription. The last order did not arrive and Valerie have not responded to my requests to refund or replace. Royal Mail have informed me that it is their responsibility to make a claim. Non-existent communication. Very poor customer service.

So glad I found Valerie, it’s magic in a bottle! It’s helped me so much on my menopause journey.

This product has absolute saved me through the perimenopause - i have used it since it launched. I would lost without it.

I've been taking Valerie for over a year now. Both the AM & PM options. It took a while for me to recognise the impact which includes clarity of mind (less brain fog), much better sleep and reduced sweats. When I am less consistent in taking it (because I feel great so might forget) I notice a return of the menopausal symptoms, so like anything, consistency is key. Thank you Valerie this has truly been a game changer for me!

I was looking for a way to take the vitamins I needed as a woman of a certain age. I knew the ones in the supermarkets were not good enough because I would be getting what I paid for - not much! Great product that makes me feel like I have control over the uncontrollable changes I’m feeling in my mid 40s.
The fact that I love the taste is a total bonus as I’d take anything to reduce my Peri-menopause symptoms, and this does that from a delicious golden spoon! The customer service has also been great.

I started using Valerie at the end of 2025. I used it for 3 months and thought I wasn't seeing any improvements to my life so cancelled the subscription. About 10 days later, I was really struggling with my energy level - I was sat at my desk at about 3pm and was struggling to keep my eyes open! After a few days it occurred to me that the only change was stopping Valerie! I got it reordered and haven't looked back! Energy levels are back to being good and I'm sure there are other benefits too I just haven't noticed tbh!! Would recommend to all other 40+ women!

Just into my second month, feel ok, easy to take, tastes good, hopefully by the 3rd month I'll feel amazing, wouldn't say Valerie is a miracle but I'll come back in another month and let you know!

Have to say that the taste is a little strange - don’t get me wrong - it’s not an unpleasant taste, just unusual, but the benefits hugely outweigh that.

I also purchased the one to aid sleep and it certainly does. I can’t recommend these products enough!

I’ve been taking Valerie for almost a year now and having to do without it for a month due to a minor surgery, I can confirm that Valerie truly makes a difference in my life.
It took good three months to get all the benefits, but it helps me to sleep better, feel calmer and more steady. I have more energy and feel that my immune system is stronger and it really helps with the various perimenopause symptoms.
Both flavours taste amazing and I love the golden spoon and the fact I don’t need ten different bottles and combinations of various vitamins. No yellow pee either, so don’t feel like what I take goes down the toilet like I did with other supplements. Which also means it saves me cash.
There is also the Valerie community, which is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the webinars and get togethers.

I am not a little in love with Valerie (Amy’s, Singleton* and this super-supplement).

It’s like a wonder (not)drug.

I was feeling like pure sh*t before I started taking it - low mood, anxious, no energy, tortured sleep and terrible brain fog - but a bottle in and everything changed: I felt fantastic and BACK.

Until I stopped taking it - I don’t need no supps! - and the caca life returned. (You know how sometimes you only notice what something’s doing when you take it away? This was that.)

So I’m back on it — and I’m back spreading the word: this time to my WorldWideWeb friends, too.

God knows how it works - I’m too pretty to understand the science - but it honestly does. I 100% recommend it.
