Great product, particularly like the evening version, leads to a great nights sleep. Bottle lasts for ages.

Signed up for the free trial, just pay postage (£4). Received the product. Did not receive any email notification that I had signed up to a £50/month subscription - first I heard of that was one month later when they debited my account and sent me an email advising me my "order" was on its way. All entirely unlawful. I logged a dispute with PayPal but whilst it was pending, thought I'd drop them a message to explain the situation - that for personal circumstances I'd not actually tried to product yet and wasn't aware of having subscribed to a monthly scheme because not one of their (dozens) of emails received from the time of ordering mentioned same. It was interesting to find that from the time I logged the dispute with PayPal, they had blocked me on socials (I'd never commented on any of their posts or messaged them, just followed them prior to signing up for the free trial). So if you wonder why there are no negative comments on socials regarding this issue, I think that is why - I don't think for a second I'm the only person in this situation, I believe they are proactively blocking people who raise issues. My advice would be to avoid this company, their product may or may not be good, I've not had time to try it yet - but the ethics here make me query the integrity and intentions of the company and therefore the quality of the product must also fall to be questioned.
I would of course reach out privately to the company to try to resolve the issue, which I'm sure is what the customer service team standard blurb will offer in response to this review, but given the approach taken by them to date I have no faith whatsoever that such an offer would be genuine or worthwhile.

I have been offered a free trial of Valerie. I had looked at it previously, so was very keen to give it a go. I feel like the brain fog became less overpowering and general mood improved. The drink tastes very nice and it is a nice habit to sit down with it or drink itchiness preparing dinner. I really like it!

Valerie has saved my life and banished those pesky perimenopause symptoms I’d been suffering from for too long. Plus it tastes gorgeous. Thank you xx

Together with a few other life style choices I’ve made to get through peri (diet and exercise) - I’ve been taking this liquid supplement for a year or so and I believe it helps keep me at my best. I’ve tried others and kept with this one as I think it’s the best available. I take a small bottle of it with me when I go away on holiday as I definitely feel lower when I’m not taking it routinely. The taste is not unpleasant and I usually take it first thing in the morning - so I don’t forget!

Valerie is easy to take and a tasty supplement containing essential vitamins and minerals for the perimenopause support. It has eliminated my PMT, helped support mood and energy levels day to day and has really helped my skin acne clear and given me back my glow

It tastes delicious and my sleep has improved greatly since taking.

I have an incredibly healthy diet, I'm active and I'm on HRT, so I didn't think a supplement could make much difference. I got given a free bottle of Valerie at a menopause event and didn't even try it for a few months, but when I did... WOW. The biggest difference is in my sleep - I've gone from assuming my sleeping-like-a-baby years are over to going through deep peaceful eight hours a night. My mood, alertness and libido are up - whether because of the sleep or other things I don't know and don't care! I've been on and off Valerie a few times - holidays, running out - and have seen a direct correlation with sleep quality. It's expensive compared to high street supplements but when it works this well it's worth every penny. I've made adjustments elsewhere in my spending to make Valerie a priority. I wouldn't be without it now.

Easy to take two 5ml spoonfuls a day and the taste is awful (like grass) but you do get used to it after a while.

I did not notice any difference in energy levels, anxiety or mood after taking for a month. I'll finish the 3 bottles I got but for me, I won't be getting any more.

I have been taking Valerie for a month now and have really noticed a difference in my energy levels. Before I was regularly falling asleep on the sofa each evening, but now I feel more alert and seem to be sleeping better when I do go to bed.

The big win so far for me is that my monthly migraine which kicks in the day before my period, magically disappeared. Keen to see if this is a positive pattern moving forward. I also found this period to be lighter flow (usually have a flooding bleed), so delighted to have discovered this brilliant product! Well done to the founders.

I absolutely love this product. My moods were droppping more frequent I was struggling mentally. Overthinking and negative thoughts were getting the better of me.. this product is everything I’ll not be with out it now.

I’ve been using Valerie for almost 4 months now and I am really happy with it. I think it is a great way to consume all the nutrients that are in it in one shot and I genuinely feel the benefits. Brighter, more alert, better mental balance, less brain fog and more active. I do not like swallowing pills so the liquid is ideal and it tastes pleasant. I would totally recommend this to anyone to be worth a try. I think it is good value compared to buying supplements individually and health is worth the investment. I didn’t feel the benefit immediately but did gradually start to notice a difference as did people close to me like my husband and kids. That was the real win for me. Now I won’t be without it!

After trying numerous alternative health options to try and ease my symptoms, I’m so happy to have found Valerie. I really notice the improvement in energy and mood. I forgot to take it away with me and energy slumped . I’m enjoying being able to get through the day without feeling the need for a nap!
