Brilliant company I'm still new to the product but can feel I'm calmer using it .Valerie itself is easy to take and pleasant taste .They have a WhatsApp group where you can ask any questions and get straight back to you .l love it xx

Just don't sign up. Currently on holiday and they are super slippery about keeping you subscribed. Just don't subscribe to them and the product has zero impact anyway.

The product is fantastic. My symptoms slowly reduced over about 3 months. At that point I took a break. The symptoms rushed back in full force and I realised exactly how much it was helping me! The itchy skin, anxiety and brain fog (among other things) are all kept at much more manageable levels with Valerie than without.
And the best bit is that it's supported by a WhatsApp chat full of fabulous women in the same life stage as me. The Valerie team is in there, answering questions and offering learning sessions with a range of experts, and the other members are wonderfully supportive of each other, sharing experiences and things that work for them. It's a special place to be during what can be a confusing and isolating time.

Giving 1 because zero is not an option. Refused my cancellation within the 14 days cooling off period, saying I could return the supplements. Then my delivery arrived very damaged, 2 out of 3 bottles being broken and a total mess. Their answer after 4 days and pictures sent 3 times? I should send more pictures for them to claim a refund with Royal Mail. This company is borderline a scam.

Valerie has honestly changed my life. I am in my 20s and have struggled with PMDD for many years. I was skeptical at trying something else at first as it seemed that nothing was really helping and it was a relentless cycle of disappointment. But valerie completely ended that cycle, it gives me confidence each month that I will get through the awful period of time and gives me hope for the future which for a while I was starting to lose. It has not got rid of my PMDD completely but it gives me the ability to manage my symptoms so that I can cope each month.
Added bonus- it tastes really good!

Great to have a product that has been tested and really works for menopause symptoms. Love that it’s formula makes it easy to take and maximises absorption too.

I’m 47 and deep in hormone chaos, but I was lucky to start using Valerie back in July — and it’s honestly been a huge help.

I also have ADHD, so I have to manage my stress and diet carefully. Despite working out every morning with heavy weights and doing lots of cardio, my hormone chaos is real!

Valerie takes the edge off and helps me drift into decent sleep most nights. My PMS still makes those four nights before my period tricky, but it’s far better than before.

I’ve been on HRT since December 2023, and Valerie fits in perfectly alongside it.

💡 Tip: If you’re on ADHD medication, take Valerie around the time your meds wear off — otherwise, you might feel overly tired when you wake up.

Overall, it’s been a great addition to my day-to-day. Highly recommend it!
