Hello, this account is anonymous and cannot be identified in our system, which makes it impossible for us to provide any concrete assistance. Our goal is to resolve real customer issues, not to receive anonymous reviews that cannot be followed up.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and usually replies within 24 hours. We never ship products from platforms such as Temu – we only work with our own trusted suppliers.

If you have a genuine order issue, please provide us with your order number so that we can step in quickly and find a proper solution. We never refuse refunds when the legal return conditions (14 days) are respected, and we even provide a dedicated return portal to make exchanges or refunds easier for our customers.

Dear Customer,

We would like to clarify that we never refuse refunds to our customers as long as the legal 14-day return conditions are respected. We have a dedicated return portal designed to make the process as easy as possible.

However, for customers in the UK, we have already encountered issues with certain tracking numbers provided by the carrier. In some cases, this prevents our system from confirming whether the order has been delivered or not, which can make the return portal unavailable.

If this happens, the best solution is to contact our customer service team directly by email. They will assist you and create the return request manually if needed. Our response time is between 24 and 48 hours.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. At the moment, there’s a technical issue affecting UK tracking numbers, which are not activating properly. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but please rest assured that our team is actively working on a fix.

Due to this issue, it’s possible that your order wasn’t properly recognized by our return portal and was mistakenly marked as “non-returnable,” even though you’re well within the 14-day return period.

Not to worry — you’re absolutely entitled to return your item. To proceed, please reach out to our customer support team at contact@wearoldmoney.com, including your order number. Our team will manually set up your return and send you a return label. We typically respond within 24 hours (monday to friday). In the meantime, we've already notified our support team, and they’ll follow up with you directly if we don’t hear from you.

We want to assure you that it was never our intention to prevent your return — this is purely a technical error that we're currently working to resolve.

If your issue has since been resolved, we’d be very grateful if you could update or remove your review, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. There’s currently a technical issue with UK tracking numbers not activating properly, unfortunately this is out of our control, but we're actively working to fix it.
