Ordered 6 “multi” boxes arrived well…
Ordered 6 “multi” boxes arrived well packaged and fast but on opening I had 17 chicken and 31 duck! Emailed but was told they only guarantee 2 different flavours per box, which is ok just didn’t think I’d get the same two flavours in all 6 boxes! Will be ordering individually in future or getting it from Lidls : (

I found the Webbox website about 9…
I found the Webbox website about 9 months ago when my cat developed an obsession with the strawberry licky puds, supermarkets only had them sporadically and my cat is demanding. Now I bulk buy for a fraction of the cost and my cat loves me again. The deals are great, I always end up adding something else to my order! Delivery is quick and Webbox keep you updated with regular emails so it's easy to see where your order is at on its journey to you.
Webbox, don't ever stop making those strawberry treats - Mary (the cat) would never forgive you.

My cat got super sick and stopped eating and eventually a friend gave me these and they turned out to be the ONLY thing he would accept. They saved his life until his appetite returned. Thank you 🙏

Love that I can get all my cat treats in one place. Unfortunately the app to order is not that easy to use and is not straight forward. Plus some of what I wanted was unavailable.

Webbox chicken fillet, dog treats are just the best.
Our 14 year old chichon is very particular when it comes to food or treats , having a sensitive stomach.
We are forever trying new foods/ treats that come to market. But Webbox chicken fillets are, and have always been our furry family members, constant favourite.
Nothing on the market comes close to, so thank you Webbox 10/10
Ordering is very simple and user friendly, though updates and delivery details could be improved upon, seems a bit of a wait for delivery details after the order was placed , 3 days recently. Possibly because I’m a private customer, as opposed to a retailer.
Overall a great product and good experience,
