We had great service from Webbs. We had a very responsive online chat with Alex. We agreed details, placed order and item was delivered as agreed the very next day. Tony the delivery guy was most polite and phoned ahead as agreed.
What a super find and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again

Excellent customer service and great value. Tim was really helpful assisting with my order for an oven and dishwasher, he also gave me a great deal which included delivery, removal of the old appliances and installation of the new. I agreed delivery within a few days Anthony and James arrived on time. Were courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. Brilliant service I would highly recommend and will use again.

Prompt, efficient service at a competitive price. The additional charges for removal of old machine, installation of new one and checking it was in working order were considerably less than other well known high street retailers.
Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we received a very badly damaged product.
It was picked up but could not be replaced so the whole experience was painful.

Very poor service. I purchased a gas cooker for £649 on 3rd January. The payment for the product was taken. At the time of purchase I was told that it will take max a few days for the gas cooker to arrive. I had not received anything for weeks. I then chased the company and was told there will be a delay. There was no information given on how long the delay would be and there seemed to be an unapologetic attitude to the delay. I even asked if they will give any money off considering that they have made me wait over a month for a cooker that should have taken days to arrive. I did not receive any positive response to this. I again had to chase and chase the company for updates (even though they had been paid in full I would have expected the company to be regularly updating me). In the end I had to request a refund as the delay and the lack of responsiveness and customer service from the company led me to the conclusion that I did not trust the company. I thankfully did get my money back. I would strongly recommend that the company regularly updates its customers if there are delays and does not sell items on its website with them being delivered in a few days and then making a customer wait over a month. Anyone purchasing from this company I would like to warn them about my experience and that there is not much customer service available if the company delays delivering the product after you have paid.

Excellent service, timely delivery, good pricing

The advice given from the very first phone call was informed, accurate and reassuring.
We required a replacement integrated fridge freezer and were anxious about fitting into the original space.
The team came to measure, a choice of replacement offered. We ordered and all was delivered and fitted within a week at a competitive price.
All demonstrated how customer service should be. Such a refreshing difference from multi outlet large companies.

They rang to make sure I’d ordered what I wanted then found my home which Amazon or anyone else can’t find and delivered on time would highly recommend them brilliant service

Excellent service from start to finish. They were very helpful on the phone when I had a query about the website and rang to arrange delivery . The delivery drivers were very helpful, rang to let me kno when they were close to arriving, took great care during the delivery and gave useful tips about using the fridge freezer
