They certainly do not understand the distance selling act and think their terms and conditions override the consumer law. Even if a purchaser agrees to their terms and conditions the distance selling act overrides their own terms and conditions. A companies own terms and conditions can never override consumer law. The rest of the experience was good with customer services.

Easy to order, good price. Good communication regarding delivery from the sales team as soon as the prefer was ready.
Easy to reschedule the delivery. Unfortunately delivery was few hours late but nobody can account for accidents and traffic.
Looking at other reviews I ordered earlier than I needed in case of delay, but no need service was excellent.package delivered within any visible damage

We bought a heat-pump tumble-dryer. Webbs offered an exceptionally good price, much better than any alternative, including all the national well-known online retailers.
They promptly answered one minor query I had, then dispatched it immediately. They arranged their own courier, SGK Distribution, who were also brilliant. We were a bit anxious because it was Friday the 13th, and we live nearly 100 miles away...but not a problem at all. The dryer was up and running in our utility room first thing on Monday morning. We couldn't be more pleased

Excellent company to deal with. Dealt with a lady called Lauren. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave advice and helped me select the right appliances for my kitchen. Really pleased with the priced and would definitely recommend.

What fabulous service, good old fashioned service from real people. I placed the order and quickly received an email detailing the delivery process and timings. When I checked to see if everything was on schedule I promptly received a reply. Not a computer generated standard reply but a reply about my order, advising it had been collected from them that day and to expect contact from the courier company shortly. The courier company contacted me and the delivery process was a dream. What a refreshing change it was to receive such wonderful service and at a great price, thank you
