Hi Tom,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for the kind words about our Springfield team. I'm glad they made you feel welcome.
You're right to expect a quicker turnaround, and I'm sorry your appointment ran well past the hour we aim for. That isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and it's fair feedback.
I've logged a formal complaint on your behalf. The Area Manager responsible for our team in Springfield is investigating what slowed things down that day and will be reaching out to you directly to make it right and restore your faith in webuyanycar.com.
We'd welcome the opportunity to turn your experience around and deliver the five-star service we aim for with every customer.
