Megan was amazing, made me feel at ease instantly. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was worried I’d feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, but Megan knew exactly what she was doing and helped me find the perfect dress

I visited WED2B Exeter twice while searching for my wedding dress. The first time, I came with friends and completely fell in love with a dress, so I returned with my mum to try it on again.
On both visits, I was looked after by Layla, who made me feel so comfortable with her warm yet professional approach. I never felt rushed, but everything moved along at just the right pace, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
I’d especially like to thank Layla for her support -she was incredibly helpful, particularly as my mum wasn’t offering much input! Her guidance made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for her help.

Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Nothing was too much bother and I didn’t ever feel like I was putting anyone out. Also my bridal consultant Layla was absolutely fantastic.

Elsie was absolutely brilliant, she listened to everything in the consult of what I wanted and found THE dress. She was so kind and kept checking in with me on the dresses and just continuously kept pulling the most lovely dresses out. She is a credit to your team, thank you for making the experience so unique and amazing!

I bought my wedding dress from Wed2B yesterday, 28th March 2026, and I can honestly say what an amazing experience I had with my family and best friends.
The whole environment was so beautiful, calm and welcoming from the moment we entered Wed2B. We received a very warm welcome from the lady on reception. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very professional and explained what to expect during our visit, spoke about the wedding, and showed us where to sit while we waited for a staff member to become available.
After a short wait, we were greeted by a lady called Joss, who absolutely understood my vision and the type of dresses I wanted to try on. She gave me so many options. Joss made the whole experience magical — she understood my style perfectly and made sure I had the accessories to make the experience even more memorable. Every dress I tried on I felt amazing, this was down to Joss, there wasn’t not one dress I nor my family or friends didn’t like.
Before showing my family and friends each dress, she spoke in great detail about the brand, the detailing on the dresses, and made sure the train was displayed beautifully too.
The dressing rooms are so spacious and bright, which was just perfect.
At no point did it feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. It was such a wonderful experience. I went to Wed2B because it had been recommended to me, and it was the first wedding dress shop I visited. I tried on four different wedding dresses and came out saying “yes to the dress”!
I would definitely say that Wed2B was the best and would 100% recommend it.

Visited the Wed2B store in Exeter on the 11th with my 2 best friends as a day out experience! I was planning on trying on dresses, to see what fits and what doesn't so when the moment to actually buy a wedding dress would come I would be sure on what style to shop! We were greeted by Narges and we explained why we're there, she was so friendly and professional, she explained all the steps and told us to have a look around the store and make a list of what I would like to try on! Then she took some details of the wedding location, my preferences etc and so it began, the long try-on for THE dress! I just want to point out that Narges is incredible at her job, every single dress she pulled out was a masterpiece 👏 and if I had an unlimited budget I would've probably left with all the dresses I tried on! We started with a very sparkly ball gowns and in the end, ended up with a complete opposite, stunning fitted absolutely plainly gorgeous Devyn dress❤️ in the end I was so in love with the Devyn dress and one other (the Renzo) that I just couldn't decide, I didn't have the budget to just buy a dress but the amazing Jade explained that I can do Klarna which was just the best news but we had some issues with getting the payment through to klarna so I put the dress on deposit and off I went ❤️ I returned the next day to buy the Devyn in full, I just could not give it up and managed to sort out additional finances aaaaand I might've tried klarna again for the Renzo dress and It went through, so here I was with 2 absolutely incredible dresses picked out by Narges who is the most amazing at her job ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏 and to Jade who literally had the utmost patience for my crazy requests😂👏❤️ Thank you both!!

The lady Elsie was my helper today and she was absolutely amazing! I had no idea what style I wanted and she helped me with picking different styles for me to try and I found my dress! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, highly recommend. Service was brilliant

Amber was such a joy to work with, she made me feel so comfortable and confident in all the dress we chose together. She knew the style I was going for, the vibe and what would suit me. I trusted her completely when adding little details here and there which completed my look! I can't thank her and Wed2Be enough for helping me choose my final dress!

Large premises, lovely decor. Is it upstairs. Lots of comfy sofas and chairs for friends and family to watch from. My sales advisor nagus was really attentive and found me a dress I love and can’t wait to wear. She was very patient while I FaceTimed my poorly mum at home. Very pleased with my purchase.

Just WOW!! .. myself and my family who came with me, had a really lovely experience, we had a lovely lady called Joss who helped me, she was fantastic, so kind, caring, understanding, my list could go on forever... we found my perfect dress which I didn't think I was going to.. but we did.. It was joss 2nd day there and wow she was just great.. made all of us feel special and made my family feel included, she never left your side, made sure everything was perfect.. so thank you wed2be and a massive thank you Joss.. she a hugh credit to your team ♡♡

I have visited twice and on the second visit said yes to the dress!
I did not catch the name of the first lady that helped me but was so nice and helpful on my first ever dress shop.
Elsie helped me try on some dresses on my second visit and was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable in what can be an awkward situation.
Jade was serving me at the till when buying my dress and helped me pick the right underskirt so thankyou!

I had the most wonderful experience at Wed2Be, all thanks to Layla. From the moment I walked in, she was the kindest, friendliest, and most genuinely lovely young lady. She immediately made me feel at ease, comfortable, and completely relaxed, which is exactly what every bride hopes for when searching for the perfect dress.

Layla truly listened to what I wanted and somehow managed to find me the most beautiful wedding dress, one that felt like me in every possible way. i am such a nervous person but the team made me feel very calm and gave me honest reviews and helped me decide and feel comfortable. walked away with a dress that is going to make my wedding day feel truly wonderful. it has a wow factor!

I had the most wonderful experience at this wedding dress shop. Zuzanna was absolutely amazing and made finding my dress such a special and memorable moment. She was kind, patient and really listened to what I wanted. Megan, the manager is a true asset to the company—her calm and reassuring nature instantly puts you at ease and she handles any issue with such professionalism. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you for making my experience so perfect.

Megan was absolutely incredible. She made me feel completely at home and didn’t treat me like a business deal but a real person. She was patient and encouraging and I felt really uplifted by the whole experience. I can’t thank her more highly!

Only downside is I didn’t know you had to pay for the boxes and bags- I wasn’t given an option they were just added to the bill after being told they would go put them in the boxes.

I had an amazing visit at wed2B! It was my first time bridal shopping and I didn’t know where to begin! Had a such a lovely assistant named Jade. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. She took her time and payed attention to detail and she found my dress on 3rd try! So happy with my dress and accessories all because of Jade. Not only she’s amazing assistant but also such a lovely person ❤️

Jade at the Exeter store was absolutely amazing - she was friendly, listened to what we had to say and made us feel really comfortable throughout. She helped me to try on the first dress I had chosen and then selected a number of other dresses based on my thoughts and ideas. She made me feel so comfortable in the dressing rooms and was so helpful selecting accessories etc that may be suitable for me. I left with the first dress I had tried on!

Super helpful staff and managed to find my dream dress!
