An overall fantastic experience at the Exeter branch! We only went in to look and weren't sure what to expect, but the service was top-class from start to finish. Summer gave us a wonderful welcome and explained how everything worked. When it came to trying on dresses, Layla was amazing. She listened to exactly what style and shape my daughter wanted, and made her feel so special in the fitting room. Layla was attentive, patient, and gentle, offering great suggestions for veils and belts without being pushy or overselling. We sat comfortably right outside the spacious changing area, and after a few try-ons, the perfect dress was chosen! Highly recommend this relaxed and lovely shop.

I went in on Saturday to try wedding dresses on. I was greeted and give the general first time speech they do and then was told there was about a 1 and a half hour wait so I was sent a queue virtually and we went and hung out somewhere. When it was time I was assisted by this lady called Grace and she was lovely I mean she was really kind and patient. I tried on about 6-7 dresses as this was my first time and I’ve never really worn fancy dresses much. I found my wedding dress however I didn’t have the money ready as I wasn’t really expecting to find THE dress the first time I went to look at wedding dresses. When I tried explaining this the manager appeared to have become rather upset and was quite pushy with me buying this dress. It took a lot to get the point across that I’m gonna have to talk to my family and come back on Sunday as I don’t know how or if I was gonna do it. I spoke to my family and we worked something out for the dress alone so I went back on Sunday. I had to then wait another hour until they were ready for me and I tried my dress on for the final time before it was boxed up. I tried it on with the veil and everything and I was gonna try and get everything however I could only end up getting the dress. When the manager found out about this she again tried to be quite pushy with me purchasing everything. I get why the pushiness is happening however it just makes you feel a bit crap. Otherwise thought i loved it and the dresses are AMAZING and quite affordable. I would just prefer a little less push with a service.

I had a wonderful experience with Grace! She was so comfortable to be around, was so smiley and positive and made me feel incredibly special and cared for. She helped me find my wedding dress and I felt like she could read my body language so easily as well as knowing what type of silhouette suited me best. She didn’t stop smiling the whole time - it was like having an extra friend there…with so much knowledge! Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Summer at the Exeter store. I had originally bought a designer dress from a boutique that the tailor nigh on entirely ruined one week before my wedding. I was in a total state of panic and needed a dress there and then. Summer was so professional but so warm and totally understood the brief and the situation at hand. She helped me find a dress I LOVE and couldn’t have been more helpful. Go to Exeter Web2Be just to see Summer, and if Summer’s boss sees this - give the girl a raise!! She is a huge credit to the business.

I had such a lovely experience wedding dress shopping with Grace. She was so warm, friendly and smiley, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. She had such a good eye for detail and really listened to what I was looking for, helping me find the dress that felt right for me.

I was also so happy to find out that I was Grace’s first bride! She did such a lovely job, and I’m really glad I got to be her first. She made the whole experience feel special and memorable, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help me choose my wedding dress. 🤍🍾

I spent several hours picking out dresses. Jos was really patient with me and really caring. She listened to everything i said and paid attention with strong detail. I couldn't have had a more positive experience. We also had a lovely experience with Summer who helped out with a few dresses and alternations etc. Both ladies are so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend wed2b for dress shopping. Theres a massive variety of different bride, bridesmaid and flower dresses.

Our experience was great from start to finish. We went in for bridesmaid dresses and Summer was so thorough and lovely.
She explained that we would need the rushed service due to our wedding date.

I had the most magical experience at the Exeter store with Zuzanna. She and all the other staff I met were so knowledgeable and supportive and made the whole experience so special. I came away with a dream of a dress at far below what you would pay in other boutiques. Thank you for making wedding dresses more affordable and for making the day something I'll never forget.

Fantastic service and experience, the team went above and beyond to help me find a dress today.

We were greeted when we first arrived, which was lovely, and we were then left to have a look around the dresses ourselves, which I actually really appreciated as it gave us time to browse without feeling pressured.

However, once we had chosen a couple of dresses we wanted to try on, the experience unfortunately went downhill. We were left hanging around for quite a while, with staff walking past us several times without asking if we needed any help. The lady who had been dealing with us then went on her lunch break, which of course is absolutely fine, but we weren’t told this. A little communication would have made such a difference, as we could have easily gone for a coffee rather than just standing around wondering what was happening.

We had travelled a few hours for this appointment, so we were really looking forward to the excitement of trying on wedding dresses, and unfortunately the lack of communication and enthusiasm really took away from the experience. When we asked about a dress we’d seen online, we also didn’t feel particularly interested or enthusiastic about helping us with our questions.

Ironically, I did actually find my wedding dress, but I was so close to leaving that we were genuinely considering going elsewhere. Nobody seemed particularly interested in helping us during the first half hour or so, which was disappointing considering how special and exciting wedding dress shopping should feel.

I’m really happy that I found my dress, but I do feel the overall experience could have been so much better. A little more communication, enthusiasm and customer care would have made a huge difference to what should have been a really memorable day.

Incredible experience! I cannot thank Zuzanna and Joss enough, they were kind, patient and nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
I am a very indecisive person and they were both patient and understanding.
Zuzanna saw me through the whole process with Joss shadowing. I went away, had some lunch and talked with my Mum and bridesmaids, came back and instantly Joss was happy to get me in the dress again and I said yes!

Everyone was so welcoming and I found my dream dress, first one I tried on! Felt so listened to by Layla and was a lovely experience. As someone who is getting married very last minute it was the perfect day. Thank you so much x

Exeter store was shut when we arrived despite the opening hours displayed on their website & door. Complete waste of our time. Spend your money elsewhere.

My experience was perfect. Me and my wedding group looked at some dresses I liked in store prior to me trying any on.
I feel awful because I can’t remember the ladies name that dealt with me, but she was amazing. She asked me what style I wanted, where the wedding was. She picked me a dress out, the first dress I tried on was the one! Shes amazing at her job, very professional.
